Look at the booklet that was given you when you purchased the products. It will have authorized cleaning information near the back of the booklet. Be gentle with these products!! Thanks for writing us.

Great video, I never open boxes in Customers homes the packaging can scratch floors, I also move the shade away from the window so you don’t your drilling debris falling on the shade.
And I never use those long screws HD supply to install into wood (2 #6 Robertson) per bracket.
Look forward to the video on how your going to install the Satellite battery pack.
    Take care

Thanks for the video, well done. One thing that I noticed is the shade doesn't appear to close very tight. Is this normal with the Halo? Additionally, what is causing the shade to make a clacking noise when it begins to move from either the top or bottom position?

Thanks for the great video! Awesome to see these 2 shades can be combined for the most optimal light control. What’s the size restriction for these window treatments? Also does the Halo shades come with light dimming fabric options?

Halo is only a light filtering option, which is why we did the DuoLite option. Max size for Halo DuoLite is 84” x 84”. Without DuoLite you can do 9 feet wide by 10 feet tall. Thanks for watching and for your questions. Take care.

Oh just one more question. For windows larger than 84 x 84. Is the best option the honeycomb Duette with duolites then?

Are they still sheer such that you can see out but it's difficult to see in during the daytime (similar to Pirouette, if I understand correctly)? Also, are they also similar to Pirouette in that the veins cannot be tiled when the shades are, say, half-way up (or not in a completely down position)? Thanks!

I loved this, until the app was necessary. I would prefer dumber version with a dedicated remote and no need to install anything in my phone. Now I have a bunch of questions. Once you pair them, can you uninstall the app? Does the app require a type of account made? If so do they communicate directly or through your network?
I'm asking this cause I recently finally found some lights, switch and controller that didn't required you to use a hub or Google/Alexa/etc to link and control. It were set up with Network+Bluetooth. I was happy about that. I had to download an app and make an account. And then the Bluetooth was only used to pair them to my phone so I could program them and nothing else. They communicate through the network. To say, that if I turn off my router. The controller no longer works. And I can't use my main phone either. Since I don't connect that to my Wi-Fi. I have 2 networks. One I use for appliance and other stuff. The TV is there. And one for important devices, like PC. And even then, my phone has neither of 4 Wi-Fi saved.
So I'm looking for motorized blinds that have a remote but are dumb when it comes to connections.

HI Cory and Buddy (Woof)- I will be making a video about a place to hide the battery. Good question. In the video, you can see it put above the shelf on the right side, but it is was moved after.
