We sell cord loops in whole foot lengths. Just measure how far the loop hangs down when it's not broken. Or, fold it in half and measure it. Does yours measure 46" when folded? The closest we have is 4 ft. Here's a link: fixmyblinds.com/products/cord-loop-c30.
Hi there, If your clutch matches the clutch in the video, yes, you can use a size #10 bead chain in place of the cord loop. If you clutch looks different, email us a picture of it and we can let you know if bead chain will work. Our email is service@fixmyblinds.com.
This is an informative video. However, it is not as easy as portrayed especially after the insertion of the loop.. We had to work very hard to insert both end pieces of the shade.
This is not helpful, because I can't tell if this is the kind of blind I have. Bought a house, moved in, didn't buy the product myself, so I don't know what "silhouette" means. Would be good to see the blind still in the window, and then see how to remove it, so I can tell if it even is the one I have.
Hi John, If you'd like help identifying which type of shade you have, snap a picture of it and email us at service@fixmyblinds.com. We can let you know what it is and how to remove it from the window for repair.
Hi Ryan, I'm so sorry to hear that your blind broke while following our video instructions. We do recommend following the guide when removing your end cap. In our experience, this is the best way to remove the end cap with the least amount of damage. We wish there was an easy, risk-free way of doing this but those end caps and clutches do become brittle over time and can sometimes crack. We do appreciate your feedback. We've added a note for future viewers highlighting that it is important to use a small mallet and be as gentle as possible.

Don’t follow this guide. Attempting to remove the end cap in this manner cracked my blinds, they are now ruined.
