    I had once taken part in a Shell assessment center in Hague, it was very exhausting, there were no social activities, we had to write a multi page essay and I left because I had no idea what to write but many engineers understood the assignment and did quite well

    Renewable energy sources exist and will continue to improve to the point of becoming the main energy sources but at this time, fossil fuels still provide the base line energy.
    Adding another energy sources as in renewable energy starts the transition.
