For me, this method of repeating phrases WITHOUT spoken English is hands down the best way to learn to hear and break down individual words in a phrase. I can keep my eyes closed until the 4th repetition and then open them to verify my accuracy. If you're taking requests I would ask for one with intermediate phrases. Thanks so much.

I love that they are very varied, I get some and that helps with confidence along the way and I appreciate that sometimes the words will come back up, and that they are words that make a lot of sense to learn in everyday life. Thank you, just what i needed. I recommend playing at 1.5x speed or so to get used to the speed that many natives talk. But otherwise, playing 1st with no subtitles, allowing me yo try to figure it out, then providing in both Spanish and English is perfect.

I have been collecting videos similar to this for months. This is the only one that gets it exactly right. Also, I llike the fact that the TH-cam settings facilitate increasing the speed. I would like to see similar videos using this format to specialize in problem areas of Spanish e.g. direct / indirect objects, para / por, conjugations, etc.

Well done! This gives me time to listen a couple of times to the phrase before the English is shown, therefore, giving me the opportunity to work through the phrase and make sense of or connect the words I hear. This is very helpful to me. Love the site!

Can you please make the English typing font 2-3x larger please? If I'm watching on a cell phone its hard to see what the small words are so it's Spanish audio while we can't see what the words are. There's plenty of room since most of the screen is empty anyway. Gracias.

After repeating twice you should write it in spanish without the subtitle for a few seconds then put the english.
