I put this on last night and the whole night, I dreamt I was being followed around by this tall, handsome Spanish man speaking softly and calmly to me in a rain storm. 10/10, would listen again.
My son just asked me to put this on to fall asleep to he's 12 and isn't trying to learn Spanish, he just likes how calming it is. 😊 I am learning Spanish.
I honestly find these videos the easiest way for me to learn. I am not even trying to sleep. My mind is calm and not agitated, and I merely pay attention to the video. Spanish sticks in my mind very well this way. If you made a bunch of 15 minute videos like this from beginner to advanced, I would watch them all.
I’ve always had the type of sleeping schedule where I’m half awake at random times throughout the night so this is so helpful. I’ll wake up, hear a phrase, say it, and fall right back asleep. I think these types of videos have even caused me to start dreaming in Spanish.

This is PERFECT! I like that this is more than the basic kindergarten level and right at that level where we adults decide we finally want to graduate elementary school and take it to the next level. And this is a perfect voice that won’t annoy me as I drift off to sleep.

I tried this for two nights. The first I ended up dreaming someone in a bookshop was talking to me in French (I am learning French at the moment too). The second night I dreamt my neighbour was talking to me in Spanish (which he doesn't speak). So I'm sticking to awake hours for this for now 😂😂😂

I am on an amateur baseball team and last night we were playing an all Hispanic team from Puerto Rico but alas, and I'm sure you guessed it already; it started raining and then I couldn't keep my mouth shut as Spanish came bursting out like water during a dam break!
I usually learn on Duolingo. But now i found a new way of learning while relaxing and possibly a better way of helping me sleep! Muchas Gracias, Señor!
It's not meant for you to remember the words but remember you are familiar and heard it from somewhere so when you come across it it'll be easier to relearn
This is so good. It would be even better if the English meaning for each phrase was said more than once. Like...say it in English, then in Spanish, then in Spanish again only slower with each word said seperately and then English again with each word spoken slowly and separated. . I imagine that would help make strengthen the association between the words in people's heads.

These are fantastic because they're phrases one might actually say in daily life. A lot of what I learned from Spanish class in HS and college was not as directly applicable/ were things I would never actually go up to someone and say.

Your voice is soothing, especially with the rain, love the way you switch back and forth to speaking each language first and speaking incredibly clearly to learn the proper pronunciation. Hope you make more! The sentences are sentences you will use in everyday speaking.

All of my coworkers speak Spanish and unfortunately my grandparents never taught my mom or their other kids Spanish so now that I’m living in a region where Spanish is very prominent, I’m trying to learn!! I love this video because I have learned many phrases that I hear at work already!! I’m so happy to know what they mean and I hope to be better able to communicate with my coworkers soon!

I've been learning Spanish for 22 years and always hit a wall because I spook myself out of. This helps me remember that I know more than I thought and the soothing aspect makes it less overwhelming. This sounds wonderful to listen to before you sleep, but we can’t learn languages while we sleep, as used to be thought. Only the most basic memories of things happening outside can stick, and that may be due to audio waking people up, or keeping them awake. But I’d love to learn more Spanish while I’m awake, so would be happy to listen to your channel.

The ONLY suggestion I have is maybe make the text in a plain Calibri or Ariel Font that’s clear and not italicized. Only because when I want to open my eyes for a quick peek on how to spell it, all the letters run together. They used to not do this, but I just turned 40… and just as my doctor predicted, my 20/20 vision is starting to deteriorate now that I’m 40. So now it’s a little blurry when I’m tired. (And unfortunately it’s only going to get worse… Stupid eyeballs. And stupid getting older problems.) Otherwise (and even not otherwise), this is still the best video ever! Thank you! ❤👀👵🏻🧐👓😊

The ONLY suggestion I have is maybe make the text in a plain Calibri or Ariel Font that’s clear and not italicized. Only because when I want to open my eyes for a quick peek on how to spell it, all the letters run together. They used to not do this, but I just turned 40… and just as my doctor predicted, my 20/20 vision is starting to deteriorate now that I’m 40. So now it’s a little blurry when I’m tired. (And unfortunately it’s only going to get worse… Stupid eyeballs. And stupid getting older problems.) Otherwise (and even not otherwise), this is still the best video ever! Thank you! ❤👀👵🏻🧐👓😊
