Hola Kendra, can you please show us examples how to compose sentences using these five methods below. Gracias! 1. personal pronoun + verb conjunction + complement 2. noun + verb conjunction + complement 3. question word + verb conjunction + personal pronoun + complement 4. question word + verb conjunction + noun + complement 5. verb conjunction + personal pronoun / noun + complement
Excellent lesson. Paul picked up right where he left off, as one of the best teachers out there. His method allows students to understand and RETAIN what is being taught.
It'd would be really helpful if you could release an PDF with all the sentences and examples. Thank you for sharing. I did not think about this method.
Hi, I'm from México City and Spanish is my first language. In Spanish the verb "to be" are 2, ser and estar, you need to learn how to conjugate both, and when to use them. It's a little bit tricky but with time you'll understand. For example:1. I am from México is "yo soy de México", I am in México is "yo estoy en México. 2. She is my sister is "ella es mi hermana", she is tired is "ella está cansada". The next text is from the Internet, "Ser is used in a simple way, to talk about WHAT something is (permanent states), to describe characteristics that are an essential part of the thing we're talking about. Estar is used to talk about HOW something is, so we use it for conditions, locations, emotions, and actions (temporary states)". I hope this helps.
Ser vs estar is weird, def listen to BGM16! Rule of thumb I found is if it’s permanent, use ser. If it’s temporary, use estar. For example, “estoy nerviosa” would be “I’m nervous (about a test for example) but “soy nerviosa” would be like you’re a jumpy, nervous anxious person.
“Yo soy” is for permanent, while “estoy” is for temporary. E.g estoy feliz(I am happy) is a temporary situation, while yo soy alta ( I am tall) is a permanent situation
A side business of language lessons would be to sell flash cards. I would like to buy flash cards for the 5000 most frequently used Spanish words that have a sentence made out of it. For example, side 1: Hay un hombre con ella. side 2: There is a man with her.

Learning Spanish and it’s been quiet easy as an Italian speaker, let’s go!
I recommend expanding this approach into a full-scale and well-organized course for every language.
