Thanks Mike!!! I appreciate the support!!! Wiring isn’t that fun or exciting but I do kinda of enjoy it for some reason…..🤷♂️ thank you for watching and commenting!!!
Great video thanks for the info on the circuit guard that's a big help strickle business is a great name or no business would work also I love the car no matter what you call it
Great video Tack, I burned like 3 modules up and was told to hook up a ballast resistor to fix the problem, i installed one and burned another module, I've got a project i'm going to get the circut.guard and use my magnetic pickup distributor thats been sitting on the shelf the past 15 years. Keep the videos coming Tack, and give the "meatheads" a treat.
Thank you!! I’m putting the 4 speed in the 63. This one will be a TH350 with a 3500 stall. I think it will work pretty good!! Thank you for watching and commenting!!
Comp9000 were the shit and still hold their own. I also blew up a couple eyes….why…,because I’m a backyard mechanic that should have asked a professional electrician how to wire it properly 🤓🤓
lol. It happens man. I have like three of those comp 9000’s. I swear I never have a problem with them. As long as I use one of those little filter guards!! Thanks for watching and commenting!
You like that!?!? lol. They work real good. Mine are Moroso. I’m sure you can find it if you search Moroso spark plug wire crimping tool. I can see if there is a part number on them when I get home tonight. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
@@OneMoreBolt 😳 don’t fall for it! She has a 69 nova with a healthy 5.3 LS swap, headers, cam swap, 12 bolt posi. Plus she has raced the blue wagon on the track. She just won’t drive the green Chevelle for some reason!! If everything goes right she will get a chance to drive the little 65 nova or maybe Down N Dirty at the Duct Tape drags! Fingers crossed.
@@tackettshoh easy now, if we go pulling the but you have . . . . card, the ladies might turn that right back around on us! hahaha Looking forward to seeing you Duct Tape Drags videos. Really interested to see how down and dirty does in comparison to the '64 Chevelle that my wife just got. From what I can tell, down and dirty should be a good bit quicker. My wife car has a healthy 355/th350 combo but is still sporting a boring open highway gear out back. We're headed to an event this weekend for her to make her first ever 1/4 mile lick. Should be a good time.
A vacuum on one end, an air nozzle on the other while banging on the hood will clean it right out. May need to cover the engine and wear a mask though. Spot on with the wiring. Can't wait for the to show up. You could slap some bondo and primer on the roof for a temp fix.
Ya. I was going to do that. But wanted to cover the engine better. I may just sand the whole car down and flat black it…. I don’t know yet. Thanks for watching and commenting!! I appreciate all the support!!!
Steve your attention to detail is outstanding wiring easily ends up looking like a bird nest definitely looking like a race car keep getting it Mike

@@OneMoreBolt lol. You’re probably right.
Down N Dirty. Only has a 3.26 gear. So it probably won’t be that fast. 12’s maybe. We will see.
