Yes po. I did reserved online but the problem is, limited lang ang online spot. Even without the reservation, you can still say it to the immigration officer that you are availing the transit tour. Di hinanap yung reservation ko sa immigration. As for the tour, nag pa rebook ako because the tour I wanted to join was full online. Still, they accepted me without the reservation :D
@@leebrock7691 totally fine. Immigration will let you through. But if the schedule is full in the front desk, you might have to choose a different tour.
hello! did you go through the "arrivals" area instead of the "transfer" area when you got out of the plane? also can i check in another bag if i buy something during my transit tour? im only planning on checking in one bag so i would have an extra free one and i was wondering if im allowed to check in another bag. thank you
Yes, go to arrivals. Airport staffs will assist you where to go. Regarding the bag, technically, it should be possible, but I haven't personally tried it yet. I recommend confirming with the ground crew when you check your luggage to be certain.
Royal Heritage and Charm Tour (Gyeongbokgung Palace) is offered from Tue to Sun, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. For admission fee, I was lucky because it was free. Cultural day (last Wednesday of the month). Better exchange some US dollars at the airport just to be safe :D
Hi, I’ll be transferring in Korea going to Laos from the US. Will I need to go through immigration and grab my bags and recheck them in? I will be flying in with air Canada and will be flying to Laos on Jeju Air. If I will be going through immigration, do I need a KETA just to go grab my bags to check them in?
@@JennaSakura If you decided to try the Korean visa-free transit tour when going to Laos as your final destination, please let me know if it works. Planning to do the same for next year.
@@jameshernane I just called air Canada, the air line I’ll be coming to Korea on, they said I do not need to grab my luggage and everything will be transferred through for me. But I’ll definitely let you know after I go if all that they tell me is true.
Thank you for this video! Will definitely do this with my layover trip next year. Question though, where did you leave your luggages? Is there a luggage deposit counter at the airport? How much did you pay?
@@DRAARONCURAY-hm5qr since it is a connecting flight, you don’t have to get your luggage. If you have a hand carry luggage, there’s a luggage storage service inside the airport. I didn’t avail it so I don’t know how much it is. Also, if you want, the front desk of the travel tour will assist you with your luggage and place it beside them. They will give you a tag to claim it. Although, it seems anyone could access it on the sides and could easily get your luggage.
Hi, I am planning to go to Vietnam this November. I have a US passport and my mom has a Vietnamese passport and we will have a layover in incheon airport for 15hrs. Will my mom(viet passport) be able to go on this transit tour visa free? Thank you!
I'm not entirely sure, but there's no harm in giving it a try. They seem to be encouraging foreigners to take advantage of the free transit tour, as there are plenty of signs promoting it around the airport. Good luck, and let me know how it turns out!
hi po ofw po kme in canada and uuwi po kame sa pinas and we have a 14 hour layover sa incheon, until now po ba pwede padin lumabas sa airport without korean visa? Thank Po
You can only avail the visa-free transit tour po if your final destination is in the US, Canada, Australia, and most European nations. In short, pag babalik na kayo po sa US (with a valid visa or green card) and you have a long layover sa Korea, then you can go out sa airport kahit walang korean visa and join the transit tour.
Hello po, question lang, i saw sa website nila 9-2pm yung tour, may connecting flight ako at 4pm, makakahabol pa kaya sa boarding lalo sa immig nila? Hindi ba matagal pila and exact 2pm talaga yung balik?
In my case, we arrived earlier before 2PM. It also depends sa mga kasama mo if on-time ba sila babalik sa bus. Although iiwanan ka talaga nila if late ka, they still need to double check if everyone's back. Sa immigration na line, it depends talaga if peak hours. In my case, around 30 minutes lang nakapasok na ako ulit. That was around 4:00PM.
Yes. They will also check your plane tickets and will recommend the best tour time for you. Just remember that you need to go again to security check at the airport and sometimes it will take 30 min to 1 hour especially on peak hours.
@@jameshernane ohhh. That's interesting. Kasi I've searched and I read some posts na if you need to go out of the airport, or at least ma-clear sa immigration kailangan ng transit visa. So joining a group tour exempts you from that?
thank you very much. Im planning join this tour next month. useful information
Glad I was helpful! Enjoy your trip.
Hello. Did u see the changing of guard is it accurate that it's only at 10am? Thanks
Yes, pretty much accurate at 10:00 AM. I know that the afternoon changing ceremony is at 2:00 PM.

How many days can you stay in Korea? Say you want to stay maybe 3 days in Incheon. Is it allowed? Final destination is Canada.
