I used to dislike floo before Tear came out, now its my saving grace against that deck. Hopefully the ishizu cards get hit soon so we can escape this format. Cheers
Sooo if I were to slap together this deck, would it still have some relevance in the coming kashitra chaos I've been hearing about? Been looking to bop some Tears and uh...yeah this fits the bill pretty well.
it's anti meta and therefore will always be relevant. currently it is the strongest it ever was. that will likely change next meta and it will drop from tier2 to tier3 because other options will become viable again.
no, you dont need an extra deck besides for pot fodder. those cards in the extra come up like once every 40 games. you lose like 2% power without an extra deck. as long as you have all the maindeck cards you are good to go
its a high risk, medium reward card in floowandereeze. in other decks where you are more dependent on drawing evenly to play the game it might be a different situation. as you see in my replays, you dont need it to beat the current best deck. i dont want a card which is dead in 50% of my games and wont resolve in 90% of my games. also even resolving it wont win you any game in the current meta it just helps you. however, if you play a best of 3 format, id recommend to have it in the side deck. currently, it is only good enough to see play if you know that you will go second.

Why fissure instead of macro cosmos?
fissure is good going second while cosmos is dead when you go second
