    264lb (120kg) bench- JB weighs 163 lbs 74kg.. Pretty awesome.

      What's more impressive to me is how he puts it all together. Its one thing to be able to lift it and its another to put all that power to use athletically. Kudos to him and his coaches/trainers.

      Thats honestly not the most impressive part. I actually benched that while I was in his weight class back in high school. But I was a shit wrestler. Now the other workouts he was doing on the other hand were highly functional movements for wrestling.
      Like the tricep snapdown/pulldown exercise or even the rope pull down exercise. The first builds crazy power the second gives great muscular endurance. Cause your deltoids will go through hell and lactic acid will overcome your body by the 3rd round of a wrestling match

      @jackjack4412 yeah i had a pretty crazy strength to weight ratio when I was younger. I haven't been dedicated to lifting throughout the past few years due to kids and just a sheer lack of motivation but i do homebody exercises.
      I'm 180lbs now but mainly due to fat gain. I wrestled in played football in high school now im at 14% bodyfat. I literally did chest today at the gym for the first time in months and was able to get up 185 for 10 reps, 205 for 5 and 225 for 3. Im confident if can push myself consistently to lift weights for the next two years i can surpass any of my previous PRs

      Alexandro Hartono it helps with explosiveness right? I’m not an expert but I would imagine that’s what its used for specially since he’s a wrestler

      @AD C im a couple years late but its perfect for snapdowns. Basically a move where snap your opponent down to the ground while you guys are clinching

      In wrestling obviously Jordan will win but in MMA I think Jordan could be a tough opponent, like Khabib said isn't box is MMA

      Jordan smashes him in wrestling. Not remotely close. Khabib is an elite mma grappler but not an elite wrestler

      Yea his dips are bad doesn't do full range of motion. Should do them slow and controlled and full range of motion.

      Pffft he's wearing a weight vest and on top of that, listen to the song playing ... They had him doing weighted hammer pull ups just before making him run to do dips. The part of the breakdown of the song just before he was doing pull ups, then the dip scene, the break down is playing.
      Plus he's literally one of the if not the absolute best wrestler in the world.
