Update: I've bought a i3-1005G1 with 8gb of RAM and it runs AOE2DE very well on ranked games, only high particles may cause some lag or overheating

I think low settings ~ 40-60/70 FPS

play in lowest resolution and use some cooler you will get like 50 - 80 fps

@@useless_rl Matching ram stick specs are more than just mem capacity. you can run an 8+4 config if the ram sticks are from the same company and same design spec. but matching 2 different ram specs and sizes will still give you "dual channel" but the boost you are entitled to won't be quite the same if case the slower ram stick is holding you back. let's just say it's a complicated affair.

Edit: Ah yes, it is. In dual channel you would have like +20/30% of performance boost :)

CPU power? Yes!
Ryzen 3 3200U is 10% better than i3 1005G1 and Ryzen 3 3250U is around 50-60% better than it but if you want a long running battery life than intel i3 1005G1 is far better than these two.

You can’t run warzone you will probably crash before u even get in the game and even if u get in you will get like 7 fps

sounds like you need some new thermal paste - something decent too. just finished servicing mine, but I have the i5 so its a hotter chip but same cooling system. after some MX-4, my temps stay under 80c in games like GTA 5 without a cooling pad and my room temp is 28-30c. cpu runs at full boost clock too.

God, this performance is awful. 24FPS in GTA V, barely 30FPS in Fortnite, even a Ryzen 3 3200U with 1x8gb ram is better than this.
On 2x8 GB RAM now I have 25/35 FPS in GTA V ;)
