In this video you will learn step by step how to prepare juicy kebabs from minced pork and chicken. With a few simple ingredients like onions, salt, pepper and paprika, we conjure up a dish that will make your taste buds explode! 🌶️🧂

Minced pork 800 gr.
Minced chicken 500 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
Salt 2 tsp.
Ground pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Dried basil 1 tsp. (Necessary!)
Cover with cling film and let rest for 15-20 minutes. (longer possible)
Onion 1 pc.
Red onion 1 piece
Parsley 1 bunch.
Salt 1 tsp.
sugar 2 tsp.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
I let the onions marinate for 30 minutes.
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Ketchup 100 ml.
parsley to taste.

Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
Processed cheese 8 pcs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Carrot 1 piece
Cheese 200 gr.
Green onion.
Parsley.
Sour cream 150 ml..
Salt and pepper to taste.
Natural white yogurt 200 ml.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 0.5 tsp.
Hard cheese 100 gr.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 50 minutes.
Salad:
Red cabbage 200 gr.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Lemon 0.5 pcs.
Red pepper 0.5 pcs., yellow pepper 0.5 pcs.
Avocado 1 piece With
Tomato 1 pc.
Salad mix.
parsley to taste.
Olive oil 30 ml.
