I love that these are premixed for pouring it’s hard to learn new techniques and mixing ratios at the same time, these take some of the guess work out of the learning process. Thanks so much!!! I’m from Spokane Wa and I love Arteza’s brilliant colors!!! Home on medical leave with a broken foot can’t drive right now would love to win as I have six wks of sitting, great pouring and playing time.

I've seen several of my favorite fluid painting artists use arteza it seems to be a very versatile deeply pigmented reliable paint. I started my fluid painting journey about 2 months ago. It is such an amazing form of Art and has given me so much comfort during these troubled times. The three pieces done on this video are all beautiful in their own way the colors are vibrant I'm sure if we looked closer we would see the intricacies- the twists and turns the little places where colors show up that you have to look hard to see. I would love to try these paints.

The paint in video is already pre made for pouring so no need to add anything else. You can add some water and pouring medium (glue/floetrol) in simple acrylic paints. There is a way to use the paint fell on surface, you can put a canvas on paint and it will give you a abstract print.

    • @thecourtlyalchemist

I mix expensive colors even ones for pouring- with floetrol or elmers glue all. I always put down plastic sheeting, freezer paper, or something else that peels off easily from dried acrylic paint. I use interestingly patterned dried acrylic paint flakes in jewelry making, mixed media, etc. I use folded cardboard (covered in plastic) to catch most of the paint from running off edges and corners, then will pour off any excess when tilting for composition into a container with a lid. I either reuse it as-is in a dirty pour the next day or might mix it all together for a base coat that is getting covered up anyway. Saved paint works great for fixing any problems after drying- like touching up bald spots, pitting, cracking, or (yes) cat foot prints. If I miscalculate and add too much paint on a single canvas, I dip another smaller canvas onto the surface- getting two or more paintings from the same paint. I also pick up attractive drips on card stock for blank note cards. Hope some of these ideas for conserving paint work for you!

@@llg1627 I have been using Floetrol for a few months , and have noticed that some colours are ...oh...not quite as they should be when Floetrol is added . My pearl powders do not like being mixed with Floetrol . The colour changes slightly or is not as vibrant perhaps , so now I rarely use it ( and have 8 litres of it !! LOL ). I also found that glue + water wasn't much good either....so now.....just gloss pouring medium and water . I have only been doing this since xmas , so still learning :)

She did a Dutch Pour with these paints and the colors were amazing, so vibrant. I bought the set a couple of months ago and now, I'm ready to use them and have fun. I am new to all these painting methods. I have loved to paint with a brush for home projects, and tried my first paint pour this week. Love it! I am excited to learn and trial with new paint products, including Arteza!
