Very helpful video. Im throwing p1135/p1155 codes.. Pulled bank1 sensor 1.. the connector looked really yellow inside, I replaced it... Pulled Bank2 sensor 1.. connector was white. These things arent cheap @ 198.00 a piece...

How do you know which sensor it is exactly when a car has more than 1? My code reader doesn't actually say which and I need to know which one it is before purchasing a replacement.

In my case, the sensor still has a closed circuit for the two black wires, yet I'm still getting the code. Any tips for further diagnostics? E.g., how could I confirm if it's the wiring harness?

Could a bad 02 sensor cause it not to start?

The engine should still start and run. The O2 sensors mainly monitor the catalytic converter and help the engine run efficiently by going into what's called a closed loop. With a bad O2 sensor, the vehicle will stay in an open loop, which means the computer is guessing the air/fuel ratio. The engine will still run, just not as well as it could.
