I use scotch bright pads on my drill. Rips that old hard gaskets off an leaves the metal nice smooth an shiny clean.. nice repair job 👍

If you replace the auto feed use an :
auto feed back flow combination with a potable water expansion tank on the cold water to the tank less coil

Well this one was leaking out of the front so it was pretty easy on this one. But I’ve seen when they have pin hole leak on the coil the boiler will build pressure and blow the relief valve even when not heating
