The olive green trees look awesome but in this spot, they totally hide the bonsaï tree, wich must be the central part of this area IMO. All the improvements are really great & make a huge difference !!! Great job 👍👍
Engineer here. That bent pillar holding the raised traintrack will not hold once a train drives over it. There is a reason why pillars are always straight. Loads go straight down. Instead you should put a pillar on each side of the ground track and then a beam across to hold the raised track.
I think the Bonsai tree should be it's own area/ focus with some benches around it. Also - while I understand the historical reasoning for the multicolor pillar at this point it's a distraction from the beautiful city. I would take off the multicolor that's above the table and either leave it white or make it a green beanstalk type item.
This looks amazing. Love all the trees. A small suggestion. Maybe in the area of the Bonsai tree just have that big tree in that area. Maybe lots of colorful flowers and seating. More like a pretty garden space. I'm just getting into doing Lego with my grandson and your videos are very relaxing to watch
Whoo Hooo!🖤 I really liked the tree configuration at 16:02. The olive + pink combo bugs me personally. I’d showcase that Bonsai maybe in a special different spot.
That front park in front of the construction zone could have a small outdoor stage with some live musicians! I'd bet the citizens of your city would love to go to concerts during their lunch break.
I would move the bushes over the the train track side for sure! With it in front of the fence it looks odd. Also if you want to create a garden with the bonsai, I would think the tree would be the only tall "tree" in that park. I'm thinking more zen sand garden or Japanese water garden. Maybe you can create some form of fountain and sitting areas. It is looking good though!!!
The hedge is a good idea next to the ground track to stop minifigs taking a short cut across the train line. The bonsai deserves to be the focal point in that park not hidden by the other trees. In my opinion.
The hedge is so cool, why don't you create another smaller version and use it as an arch? Like the ones from european gardens Plus, I think you might consider swapping the bonsai tree leaves colour to green, it would make no sense to have autumn trees on the campground and suddenly a spring tree EDIT: I also saw tha main square of the city, I think it might be improved by adding the new style of trees and flower bushes instead of premolded trees. it's just better to have flower on the main square, right?
You might be able to gather green brick from the 48x96 hills against the wall. Where the 2 meet & make a ditch or valley. Remove that ditch & smooth it out with plate. I believe you have a few ditches that could be smoothed out.
The hedge idea is great. Should you consider a walking path through the hedge to the crosswalk on the other side. Love the bonsai tree, but it might need to grow more
Nice work Jordan , love the progress you've made throughout the city, it's looking awesome! I understand your comment about flex track always looking like flex track but the section by the pillar really does stand out so I think you should add black tile to make it blend with the ballast track either side of it, otherwise nothing else to suggest, keep up the great content 👍
Since you've got the crosswalks right there, then a path to connect the crosswalks on both streets, with a bit of an area around the bonsai that's part of the path. Then a couple benches around the paved area.
9:14 I’m surprised that this is the first time I’ve seen some making a hedge bush like this. I can see the bonsai tree being near the school just to mimic the Japanese schools in anime
I think the Bonsai tree needs more space, specifically I think it would be cool if you put it atop a hill so it stands taller then any other tree around it. Being the only Pink tree you have in the city makes it feel more etherial. Should have an environment where things feel calm rather then crammed.
Looking great! I love those new leafy trees in the courtyard. Can't wait to see what you do to modify that area. It looks a bit crowded right now, but I know you were just setting things out to get an idea of where to go with it. Love the hedge, too. Great little MOC! I always love your landscaping videos!!
Phenomenal stuff Bricksie! The cost in time, effort, and of course money is significant but EVERY piece added sure does make a great difference. The difference between extraordinary and ordinary is certainly all the little extra you add throughout!
It’s pretty amazing what you can accomplish in a full day. All those details really leveled up that area. I love how you made the bushes and the sand green trees are amazing. Great work! Btw if you ever “finish” the city and run out of content you could focus on adding lighting to the city 😂
Nice upgrade maybe adding some green title to that flex track like the grass is over taken the track and havne't been cut back to bled in with green space with the trees !
I have a suggestion for the trees under the raised train track. I think they need to be a bit wider with the leaves because the thickness of the trunk makes them look weird.
You should put round 1x1s along the side the railway along the 2 rows of grey studs you have there to look like your gravel paths would finish it off nicely
Love the hedge. For the canopy trees if you change some of the leaf element to white and pink peices you could have cherry blossom. Here in Toronto people go crazy when the cherry blossom trees are in bloom. LOL
I really like the hedge and the olive green tree! I might have to use those techniques. Great work on the landscaping! I hope those trees don't grow too tall and dislodge the raised train track!
You could run an λ shape path through the green space for people to walk across! Maybe the Bonzai tree could go up the hill near the Lighthouse as well
Instead of green bricks along the edge of the train tracks, you could use brown bricks, representing dirt. I live near trains and BNSF are always clearing out the weeds and exposing the dirt. I guess it's safer that way. 🤷🏼♂️
Great texturing! It really elevates the city. I think the bonsai tree could use a bit more air around it. Or maybe use only the other type of tree there. Just feels a little bit weird right now for me. But overall amazing stuff!
The cherry tree blossoms in the spring, whereas the olive colored trees seem more like fall colors (which the rest of your city seems to be portraying). Because of this, the bonsai tree doesn't fit all that well.
Jordan thanks for everything you do I love your channel things that you do or just absolutely amazing! Keep up the good work and thanks for everybody out here
The bonsai tree would look great near the ninjago mountain. Also we can really see how you have been progressing in tree builds, the new ones look way better than the old ones that are spread trough the city. For ideas I would suggest seeing @Brick_Crafts videos, he also has an amazing city and is always showing new techniques
Update looks amazing! Do you have the Chinese gardens set to incorporate the bonsai tree into? Other use I would make it the centre point of another green space. Those olive trees look absolutely brilliant!
I think right there near the construction site you may want to bring the sidewalk at least down to the crosswalk before you end it. And then it won’t seem like it just stops abruptly 😊
As a starting point, my startup idea is centered around building custom Lego sets for individuals and businesses. The idea is to create unique Lego sets based on the client's specifications that they can display in their homes, offices, or other spaces. The process would start with a consultation with the client to discuss their ideas and preferences. From there, our team of expert Lego builders would create a design proposal that meets the client's requirements. Once the design is approved, we would source the necessary Lego pieces and build the set by hand. This startup idea is an excellent opportunity for Lego enthusiasts who love building and designing custom sets. Moreover, it can appeal to individuals and businesses looking to display a unique, customized Lego set that reflects their personality or brand. To get started, we would need to develop a website to showcase our previous designs, as well as a marketing strategy to reach our target audience. We could also explore partnerships with Lego retailers to expand our reach and source the necessary pieces at a more affordable price. Overall, I believe this startup idea has tremendous potential, and I am excited to explore it further. what are your thoughts on this will this business work in the long run reply me for your opinion
In the big hill you can put a sign like the one on Hollywood
Make one but it says the channel name would me cool
Yes soo cool idea
Brickiewood
Yeah, that sounds good idea
Hey! I said this ideas like 5 times in some of the previous videos
Looks so good, but I think the bonsai tree needs a little more space to breathe. Love your idea about extending the hedge and including benches.
Agreed the bonsai would hold up well as a centerpiece for that entire greenspace. Save those other awesome green canopy trees for their own space!
I second this. Some shorter landscaping and benches with minifigs will make the whole area more visible too
I agree
The olive green trees look awesome but in this spot, they totally hide the bonsaï tree, wich must be the central part of this area IMO. All the improvements are really great & make a huge difference !!! Great job 👍👍
Engineer here. That bent pillar holding the raised traintrack will not hold once a train drives over it. There is a reason why pillars are always straight. Loads go straight down. Instead you should put a pillar on each side of the ground track and then a beam across to hold the raised track.
Lol
Have you thought about building a building around the pillar? Maybe office tower?
I would put a small pond next to the pink tree to give the ground more colour.
Yes, but it has the names of viewers of this channel on it. So don’t think that he will change it.
The new technique for the trees looks really good! The hedge is really inventive as well!
The olive and sand green trees look so good
Loving all the greenery, nature and details! Nice work
Greening the whole city brings the city to life! I think a small pond next to a Bonsai tree would also be appropriate.
I was thinking the same, like a Japanese-style garden as a calm oasis in the heart of downtown
Whoo Hooo!🖤 I really liked the tree configuration at 16:02. The olive + pink combo bugs me personally. I’d showcase that Bonsai maybe in a special different spot.
Those olive leaved trees are the coolest! I love getting a clear view of them.
That front park in front of the construction zone could have a small outdoor stage with some live musicians! I'd bet the citizens of your city would love to go to concerts during their lunch break.
I would move the bushes over the the train track side for sure! With it in front of the fence it looks odd. BONSAI TREE !!!!!! Awesome !!!!! And that hedge looks awesome too and I agree that you should extend it
The hedge is a good idea next to the ground track to stop minifigs taking a short cut across the train line. The bonsai deserves to be the focal point in that park not hidden by the other trees. In my opinion.
That area always had a other side of the tracks feel, but now it’s beautiful and detailed.
The hedge is so cool, why don't you create another smaller version and use it as an arch? Like the ones from european gardens
Plus, I think you might consider swapping the bonsai tree leaves colour to green, it would make no sense to have autumn trees on the campground and suddenly a spring tree
EDIT: I also saw tha main square of the city, I think it might be improved by adding the new style of trees and flower bushes instead of premolded trees. it's just better to have flower on the main square, right?
Excellent blending of the flex track....great use of avail parts!
You might be able to gather green brick from the 48x96 hills against the wall. Where the 2 meet & make a ditch or valley. Remove that ditch & smooth it out with plate. I believe you have a few ditches that could be smoothed out.
More smaller trees with blossom would be sweet. And some flowers in the green spaces.
The hedge idea is great. Should you consider a walking path through the hedge to the crosswalk on the other side.
Love the bonsai tree, but it might need to grow more
The trees with the olive green leaves are really nice !!
The sandgreen would look fantastic if you make one of your streets into a boulevard 😊
It’s amazing how much better that area looks under the train track just by adding the 2 by and 1 by cheese slopes. Keep Brickin.
The new trees with the leaves looks so amazing 😍
Since you've got the crosswalks right there, then a path to connect the crosswalks on both streets, with a bit of an area around the bonsai that's part of the path. Then a couple benches around the paved area.
Nice! Might look better with some more colour in the greenspace under the raised train track; some berry bushes or tall sunflowers something.
Bonsai can go on the hill close to the beach. Like a Wisdom tree on Mount Lee in LA. Beautiful hike to get there
9:14 I’m surprised that this is the first time I’ve seen some making a hedge bush like this.
I can see the bonsai tree being near the school just to mimic the Japanese schools in anime
I think the Bonsai tree needs more space, specifically I think it would be cool if you put it atop a hill so it stands taller then any other tree around it.

Around the bonsai tree, you could build planter beds for a community garden. Love those new trees you saw from instagram!
Love the new hedge design! Would love to see that used by the train station in place of the masonry wall!
Details are getting to next level...i love it....
Love the hedge, so very clever. Thanks for sharing.
I think around the edge you need to add some flowers too, little more color. Looks really good.
Nice job on all the trees and greenery!
Phenomenal stuff Bricksie! The cost in time, effort, and of course money is significant but EVERY piece added sure does make a great difference.
The difference between extraordinary and ordinary is certainly all the little extra you add throughout!
Motorcycle man on the road is down
The area by the pillar looks awesome!
Maybe try putting the bonsai tree with the bottom part it comes with (the black part)
It’s pretty amazing what you can accomplish in a full day. All those details really leveled up that area. I love how you made the bushes and the sand green trees are amazing. Great work! Btw if you ever “finish” the city and run out of content you could focus on adding lighting to the city 😂
You should only have the bonsai tree in the middle with benches around it. Like a small park, instead of a bunch of trees. 😊
Nice upgrade maybe adding some green title to that flex track like the grass is over taken the track and havne't been cut back to bled in with green space with the trees !
the trees with the olive green leaves have to be my favorite yet
Man, that makes such a difference.
You could use that hedge as a living arch that people could walk through great episode bricksie very informative
All of the new additions this week were great, but for some reason I’m really digging that hedge 😂.
Awesome trees update love the new green slopes
awesome video jordan the landscaping is looking amazing i love all the trees you built great job
I like the shorter Sage color trees. Your city is looking great! I enjoy watching you make changes to your city.
I have a suggestion for the trees under the raised train track. I think they need to be a bit wider with the leaves because the thickness of the trunk makes them look weird.
New Instagram trees are awesome. So natural
love when u start adding details! if bonsai tree is focal point, i would put less trees or smaller trees around it...
LOL
Put some green frogs in the hedge to fill up the vertical open areas
I really like the hedge and the olive green tree! I might have to use those techniques. Great work on the landscaping! I hope those trees don't grow too tall and dislodge the raised train track!
This looks great. So much work! Getting pieces is nonstop! Great job. And hope the kiddos and you guys are well!
You could run an λ shape path through the green space for people to walk across! Maybe the Bonzai tree could go up the hill near the Lighthouse as well
I think all the plants, mountains have elevated your Lego city…I hope you put more grass, flowers into it!!
Those trees with the olive leaf pieces do look awesome! Might have to try that one out. Also, a happy early Mother’s Day to Mrs. Bricksie!
Wow looks so much better!
Hmmm.. Bonsai tree and a small meditation garden would be cool...plenty of space for it on that section of plate...just a thought :)
Instead of green bricks along the edge of the train tracks, you could use brown bricks, representing dirt.
I live near trains and BNSF are always clearing out the weeds and exposing the dirt. I guess it's safer that way. 🤷🏼♂️
There are these little RC FPV cars that i have and it would be super cool to drive around the streets with one of those 😁
I love your city😀, really hope you can add some pine trees to your lego city.
I think you should part out the bonsai tree and use the pink leaves to make cherry blossom trees instead that match the scale of the city.
Great texturing! It really elevates the city. I think the bonsai tree could use a bit more air around it. Or maybe use only the other type of tree there. Just feels a little bit weird right now for me. But overall amazing stuff!
Wow looking awesome .
Integrate the bonsai and moc the Spring Festival set to accomodate that spot
The cherry tree blossoms in the spring, whereas the olive colored trees seem more like fall colors (which the rest of your city seems to be portraying). Because of this, the bonsai tree doesn't fit all that well.
I think you should put benches around the bonsai which will help look more ‘planted’
looks lovely, the bonsai would look great by itself rather than with the trees...as it looks more special. the hedge around it would be best.
Really not sure about trees under train tracks, I’d of gone with shrubs and ground cover
Love the new olive green trees
Looks soooooooo much better
Jordan thanks for everything you do I love your channel things that you do or just absolutely amazing! Keep up the good work and thanks for everybody out here
The bonsai tree would look great near the ninjago mountain.
Also we can really see how you have been progressing in tree builds, the new ones look way better than the old ones that are spread trough the city.
For ideas I would suggest seeing @Brick_Crafts videos, he also has an amazing city and is always showing new techniques
Love the hedges - great technique - add more of these through, make the Mickey hedge at Disney and work on the amusement park already 🎉🎉🎉
Update looks amazing! Do you have the Chinese gardens set to incorporate the bonsai tree into? Other use I would make it the centre point of another green space.
Those olive trees look absolutely brilliant!
The olive trees are great.
Do you have any suggestions to sort Lego
Looks great, Bricksie!
This looks great!
Turn the banzai tree into a Japanese garden. Add a tori gate and maybe some gravel or instead of grass
Looking great Bricksie!
You should wrap the hedge around the non interfering parts of the name brick beam
Love your tree builds. That hedge 👌😊💥 awesome .might try make some hedge s to. 😊..
I think right there near the construction site you may want to bring the sidewalk at least down to the crosswalk before you end it. And then it won’t seem like it just stops abruptly 😊
I think the trees around the bonsai tree should be visibly smaller than the bonsai.
Just seeing that Bricksie has uploaded a new video makes my day 10x better.
Impressive new trees and hedge! Most impressive!!!
-Darth Vader
The Empire Strikes Back reference lol 😂
I think you should remove those trees surrounding the bonsai tree. It just hides it a lot and you can’t really tell it’s a bonsai tree.
Great job we love your work

what are your thoughts on this will this business work in the long run
reply me for your opinion
When you rap the hedge around the park you should have a brake in it for a side walk through the park
So when does the big custom tree/house come?
