I agree with the others about complexity, however this guy was a cab driver. I highly doubt he has overseas investments, multiple income sources, rentals, pensions, stocks, interest, VAT returns etc etc. I reckon he's been overcharged.

He also was trying to pull one over on the judge with the paperwork he was giving her.
