This hit my feels so hard! I went through the the same thing with my Papa... I was 5 and he was my hero. I remember him sitting us kids down, and telling us that he was sick... I remember looking into his eyes and asking if he was scared... I remember him looking at me, and saying "no baby, I'm not scared. I know that I will be there to see you walk across the stage when you graduate elementary, high-school, college and I will be there for when you get married and have babies of your own. I'll be as proud of you then, as I am of you now..." & it was only a couple months after that, and he was gone.
I was that kid that grew up without grandparents. I was that same kid who sat there and listened to my friends complaining about their grandparents... but I never understood why they talked so much crap. because I would give everything I have, to have my grandparents back!

My grandma died on valentine's day 2017 like u said with ur papa she was my hero my best friend my grandma. This one weekend my brother me and my cousin we were supposed to go to her house bc a few weeks before that we found out that she had colon cancer and only had a few months to live. And I always hide my feeling but I wish I told my mom my feeling but I only told my grandma my feelings. So anyways that weekend she was put in the hospital I broke down into tears in my head I was thinking if she does I have one grandma left my only grandparent. When she was I the hospital she told me that she will be with me when I graduate. And my brother told her to tell grandpa he loves and misses him I broke down in tears a week later she sadly passed away while my mom was in the elevator I told her I loved her and I will see her tomorrow every day I left the last day she told me she didn't think she would make it. I miss her so much I'm only 11

I don't understand people either but I'm talking about mostly everyone complaining about their dad and saying how much they hate him. I would love to sit every single one of those people down and tell them how damn lucky they are. My father left me when I was 4 turning 5, I'm almost 17 now. Not having a father kills me. I would do anything to have him in my life. I still love him though because I wouldn't be here it wasn't for him. Anyway I'm so sorry.

For mom who adopted me:it’s winter break and my mom wanted me to spend time with my cousins,I didn’t understand why she wouldn’t let us stay with her,every night I’d text her ,New Years came and my cousin and I watched the ball drop,I texted my mom to ask if she saw it,I remember telling her I’m happy it’s 2012 now,she didn’t reply,so I thought,maybe she’s sleep,(..I was right..ig) so the next day comes and I go home early not knowing why.theres a lot of cars on the block and there’s a lot of ppl at my house,I thought it was a party.i was looking for my mom and I saw tht the bathroom door was close so I thought she was in there ,my grandmother told me to come in her room and I asked where my mother was and my grandmother said “she’s gone to heaven” I started crying and just thinking damn it’s barley 2012 and I already start it like this?i still to this day cry,
Here’s how I found out my birth mother died:THAT same year SAME month jan 8 im laying on the couch getting ready to take a nap and I hear my grandmother on the phone saying oh that’s sad omg and my grandmother got off the phone and set next to me on the couch and she told me my mom passed away of a stroke ,the same way my other mom died and I didn’t cry bc she was never really there for me but I was sad knowing the fact that THIS really had to happen to me and I was just 9

When I was in 8th grade my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and I was an absolute wreck, my dad and I basically lived at the hospital and yet they expected me to complete my school work. I tried my best, but it was extremely difficult no matter what kind of environment I was in because when I was home it just felt empty and quiet... my dad was doing the chores my mom normally did and it didn't feel right. I had to sit across the hall in the lounge because I couldn't stand to look my mother in the eyes, I could see how much pain she was in and it killed me... especially when she cried. I felt awful because my dad always tried to get me to come back in the room (I was never gone for long) but I was so afraid if I even sat on her bed something bad would happen. I'm tearing up writing this because my mom is actually a survivor and has been cancer free for about 5 years now. I still worry every single time her stomach hurts because that stomach ache turned into something deadly and that's the scariest part of all. I still remember almost vomiting at school worrying about her monthly check ups after that. Tell your loved ones you love them while they can still hear you and please please please always get regular check ups and see a doctor when something seems off, it's your body so it's up to you to make that call. Remember that you have family members that care about you and would be broken to see you in such a miserable state.. stay strong everyone
Hi, i highly recommend that your mom goes on a vegan diet and don't take pharmaceuticals, it is proven that vegan diet kills every disease that the body can have, and even she will feel way better with the stomach pains, the natural food will be healing each part of her body cause the body is designed to heal itself, you just gotta feed it the right gasoline. WISH YOU AND YOU MOM THE BEST GOD BLESS

Just by chance I happened to find you and discover you today to Ashley‘s video and then I’ve been sitting here going through your videos. We have had very similar situations. 24 years old and I am the sole caregiver and power of attorney for my mother who is 52 and was diagnosed with stage III after being in a medically induced coma for over a month last November. She was given two years with treatment in a few months without we were lucky enough to hear the word remission but only for a few short months. Monday we will find out the prognosis of the new cancer that we were just told of last week. When I see you remember your mother and cried because you missed her it scares the hell out of me because I know I’m going to be in that situation very soon and she’s my best friend. I don’t know how people deal with it and keep on going because I just want to quit.

I remember the day your mom passed. We all mourned with you and for you. I lost my mother-in-law who was one of the most beautiful people I have ever known. I felt your pain, but in no way, shape, or form did I know how you felt. We just wanted to be supportive and loving for you and your family. You had a very hard life, but I always knew I would see you do great things. Anyone who can overcome the obstacles in your path, is sure to conquer the world. I love you James. And although I was not a foster mom, I loved every single one of you in my care. You may not have known (because we were forbidden to say it), but I still refer to all of you as “my kids” or “my babies.” I’m so proud of the man you have become. ❤️

I came over to your channel from Shalom’s. I immiately started watching your story-time playlist.
Five years ago on March 18, 2013 I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I have gone through surgery to remove the upper left lobe of my lung. Even though I was put on a strong chemo cocktail, my can has reoccurred. Radiation is the one thing that kills my cancer, but it’s also slowly killing me. Right I’m doing ok. Other than the mass that was radiated in December 2017, I have no other visible cancer. My prognosis is no chance of “cutting” my cancer, bust instead it can be managed.
Here’s the easy part of my life. I have been legally blind since birth. I’ve always has some vision, but not enough to be considered as average. I am very open about my disability and my ongoing fight with cancer. Don’t be afraid to ask me questions.

when I was 2 months old my mom and my dad broke up and my dad raised me and my sister, I didn't even knew I had a mom, when I was 5 my mom got partial custody of me and my sister and when I was ten my mom passed away, I still don't even know how she died, after that we moved from a small city in idaho to Vegas when i was 12 and the entire time we were homeless, we lived in hotels when we could afford it but we also had to sleep in our car alot, then we moved to Florida when i was 14 and we were still living in hotels but we finally got our tax return and moved in to a house with a roommate when I was 15, what I'm trying to say is a lot happens in life it just depends on how you deal with the situation, yes I would cry my self to sleep, yes I wanted to end my life, and of course I didn't think I deserved to live, but at the same time I always knew that everything happens for a reason, I learned what it was like to go through a family death, I learned what it was like to be homeless, i was able to travel the country, I got to see what it's like to know if you are going to eat or where you going to get your next meal or where your going to be sleeping that night, I know what it's like to hit rock bottom and I know that no matter what you are going through in life will get better and you will move on, stay strong.
damn thats along explanation, if you don't feel like reading it basically what I was saying was, just because you go through things doesn't mean it's the end of the world, nobody lives forever and everyone dies it's just how it is.

This honestly breaks my heart, you are a warrior. My baby sister is 2 and in foster care, and we are related by having the same father. Our father and her mom both struggle with drugs. My father was never there for me so it angered me that he had another child, but the moment I met her I fell in love with her. I never wanted her to go through what I did, but she went through worse. She’s so strong willed and I love her so much. We have been fostering her for over a year now and this month we should find out if we can adopt her or she’ll go back to her mom. Prayers are much needed. Thank you ❤️

I understand how you feel. My grandad had nothing wrong with him AT ALL.. then one day he went for a drive to the doctor with my auntie who he said he would meet there. Then he parked and just.. died. And we wouldn't have known unless this man saw the car moving saw my grandads eyes thinking "why isn't his gear stick In park mode" and I heard my mum and dad on the phone and I knew he died but when they actually told me, I was in pieces I fell to my knees and I couldn't believe it. R.I.P. Grandad I love you😭❤️
Khaled Saleh I know how it feels.. my grandpa died when I was 9 and it hurts so bad I’m 11 now I cry at night everyday cause it just hurts because he was my everything I don’t know how to describe it 😭 I’m so scared to lose anyone in my life again I literally beg and pray all the time to god that nothing will happen to them and I can’t even talk to anyone about it I’m too scared I don’t know of what I just want him back please it’s night time right now too I’m so sad I can’t I never cried on his funeral or anything I just cried one for literally 1 minute when they were taking his body away I never cried on his funeral or anything cause everyone else was crying and I didn’t want to pressure them even though it was so hard to hold it in I cry every night for him to come back even though I know it’s never gonna happen I’ll stop now you guys probably don’t want to hear my annoying rants but he died in the same way we were having dinner and I think he ate some thing he wasn’t supposed to and then when I was up in the room I heard my randma call us and then we went to the hospital he was in the coma for 2 years or a year and. A half and then he died... 😭😖 I miss him so much and the pain just won’t go away it just won’t I want it to stop and just please have a good relationship with your whole family cause one day you’ll lose them and will regret everything you’ve ever done wrong and I know I will
my Grandpa died two of cancer I cried I mean I cried because he was the one show me English and that's why I cried he was someone that loves me he was the one and only Grandpa and I missing sometimes it didn't miss him but he was the person that I love in the world without him what to do with my life when I know he died I'm going to kill myself but then I said no I gotta get going with my life and for you to know I'm only 9 years old and is very sad I promise from from my Grandpa died I'm 9 years old please like thank you
