Good morning 🌞. What an amazing experience. Wow! The living Reef was beautiful 🥰. What about that loo with the view. Puts Mooloolaba to shame. Just joking 🤣😂🤣. Mooloolaba is above water beautiful 🥰. Thanks for another beautiful day trip 💓. Take care ❤️
Ha ha both are great loos Carol 🤗 Yes, The Whitsundays are both pretty and amazing. This is one region that desperately needs international tourists again ❤️
Hi, we are just 1 your followers. We are from the Netherland. I did Australia 6 times, our son, 13 years already 3 times. We all love Australia. We have friends and family in the Brisbane area. Our last visit was 2019 (focus on red centre). We are now wathing Tin Can Bay. We went there when he was 4 years old.
Hi Riekelt, thank you for taking the time to comment 🤗 It’s great to know we have viewers from The Netherlands who have visited Australia a few times. We hope our videos bring back some happy memories and also give you some idea of things to do on your next trip 😊
I stayed twice , once 1996 and the other 10 yrs. Was different both times but i loved it. Enjoyed the outdoor cinema and night barbecues. The aquarium was there the 2nd time ,dont remember seeing it from underneath though. Loved lounging around the pools. They had putt putt , tennis courts etc. We had day trips to South Mole and Great Keppel. We did the walk around as well. No beaches though , all coral beach. Great holiday, loved it
Hi Stephany 🤗 It’s great to hear from someone who has also stayed at Daydream 😊 We have very happy memories from our holiday when our kids were young. It was so nice to go back for a day trip 🏝☀️

Thanks so much Serge 🤗 We’re really happy that you enjoyed this one. The Whitsundays are great ☀️ Fingers crossed everything works out for you 🤞🏻 and you move to Queensland one day 😊
Hi Hanelie 🤗 that sounds like a great idea! It’s possible to ‘island hop’ and visit or stay on different islands. I was supposed to go on a 20 minute flight over The Whitsundays, but it was cancelled because I was the only person booked (couldn’t talk Paul and Matty into it), but that would be a great thing to do also. It was only $99 and the Great Barrier Reef looks awesome from the sky ☀️
I just found out about Daydream Island this evening and have checked out your video to get an assessment of how it is and by judging by the constant smiles on your faces I reckon it is every bit as good as I hope. Thank you for sharing thing! You have earned yourselves a new subscriber.
Great day trip guys! Definitely we'll put this on our wish list when we do the trip. Gorgeous place and the food look delicious! Looking forward for the next vlog👍🌻🌻🌻
Wow, it looks gorgeous -very Daydreamy! It put a smile on our faces as we watched it as the rain settled in on a gloomy October day in England :) Keep the videos coming please, we love them....
Thanks Julie 🤗 when we are making these videos and looking towards the camera, we are very conscious that we are talking to our special community of viewers who live all over the world but tune in every week….like you 😊 It’s the reason we’ve kept making our videos, we’re so happy that people enjoy them ❤️
The colour of that ocean is just breathtaking! Oh and the roos laying on the grass - what an incredible trip ❤️ We will definitely go there next time we go to Airlie xx
Yes, visiting one of the islands for a day trip is great…there’s lots of island hopping trips to choose from….many of them take you to some of the best snorkelling spots 🐠🐟🐡
Gorgeous 😍 But here's the million dollar question...are these destinations in North QLD that much more beautiful than Tangalooma / Moreton Island and North Stradbroke Island? 😀
Thanks Peter 🤗 No, it’s probably fair to say that they’re all equally beautiful. Queensland has so much natural beauty and many pristine beaches….just wonderful ❤️
Hi @Eleven Eleven, returning to Daydream Island with our son was a very nostalgic moment for us, having had a family holiday there 23 years ago when he was a baby. It was great to see the work that had gone into refurbishing the resort after the cyclone….a huge amount of money has obviously been spent to try and bring it back to its former glory, but there’s still much work to be done at one end of the island. Whilst we were there, it was very, very quiet. We met lots of young locals who take the ferry from Airlie each day to work on the island. They were so friendly to us even though we were only day trippers. It was very obvious they were grateful to have employment during the pandemic in a region that is so dependent on tourism. It was also nice to see a handful of Queenslanders also enjoying the island when we were there. We made a conscious decision to video this trip to tell our story about our first trip and to show how the island fared after the cyclones. We also want to support local tourism because we can see how much regional communities need it right now. Our videos are not sponsored. We hope you enjoyed our video ❤️
It is reasonable tour. I like Beth’s blouse and hat. They suit you much.
Thanks @orangemikan100 🤗 They gave good protection from the hot sun too and stopped me from getting sunburnt ☀️
The view from the toilet..... hahahaha!
Now then, what does that big fish say? Is it thinking, "what are those creatures doing in there"? LOL
Great thanks for sharing another great video

Refuse to go to an island still marketed as Australian when it's been taken and now owned by the Chinese.
