Stage 1 fgr(CPR ) is mild pl insuffiency recognized by CPR.
Stage 2 fgr (Isthmic reversal, ) is Severe pl insufficiency with compensated hypoxia, recognized by isthmic reversal and umb A aedf.
Stage 3 fgr ( Arterial reversal ) is Decompensated hypoxia with low suspicion of acidosis,
Recognized by arterial reversal ( redf in umb A) and interrupted /decreased venous flow.
Stage 4 fgr (Venous reversal) is Decompensated hypoxia with high suspicion of acidosis and impending heart failure,
Recognized by venous reversal.
