So helpful. I'm so glad u explained what they mean by Duplex study in the end. Was never sure about that. Now starting my journey in vascular ultrasound.

I do have a question though, under pulsatility index you did mention as pulsatility increases, diastolic flow increases, i found this contradictory to the statement under arterial pulsatility; high pulsatility, where there was little to no diastolic flow .
