I just got one i3+ and although fully charged, it requests I place it Ins “flat surface” but the floor is flat. I can’t get it to reset either! Any advice for this! It is literally 1 day old and I can’t get it to do squat! I can’t find anything on this anywhere! 😔
This robot is amazing very durable and cleans very well. I have mine for over 4 yrs now.

Hmmm…the little edger brush helps for sure, but it probably still leaves a bit.

Hmm…did you try another spot just to see if it would work?
@@ReviewThisThing I tried everything and finally called Customer Service. Apparently it is a software issue and they are sending me a new one
