When you sell the mod, do you put a black/white 1cm emboss barrel in the middle or do you use tape like in the video?

I think the original one is made differently. Menowa put the other emboss barrel at the middle and sandwiched with the white emboss barrels.

Tbh the pilot super grips look like g2’s

They do, but Supergrips are smaller and thinner. The reason why a lot of Japanese pen spinners use Supergrips over G2 grips is because G2 grips are WAY harder to remove from the pen barrel unlike Supergrips, which if unscrewed the plastic tip, the grip slides right off. Also, Supergrips are way more common in Japan than G2 pens and I think it's easier to find a variety of colors of Supergrip than colored G2s in Japan. In the US, colored G2s are pretty common.

Вот так вот просто взять и отпилить от G3 по кусочку, да? А основу потом на Seven g3? Это была, пожалуй самая дорогая ручка пилот в России в конце 2000-х, не считая dr. Grip. Для этих целей и колпачки от Самурая сойдут.)
Ладно, я шучу, оригинал есть оригинал. Но сам бы ни за что не стал бы колпачки от G3 пилить.) Зачем мне еще 2 севена, когда у меня 1 уже есть.))
P.S. у японцев они, наверно, стоят считанные йены.)
