Prepare brush with soap bar before get some masking fluid... why? Is it a protection for brush ?
I have some difficulties with english langage 😒

Masking fluid can dry down inside the bristles or hairs and it will never come out. Using the soap will make the masking fluid stay wet until you wash your brush. I use old brushes for masking fluid.

Pretty essential, but you could cut tiny pieces of masking tape in the shape you wanted or use titanium white guache to paint in the white places.
