No, you have to use a damp brush

Is it Prussian blue and Winsor Blue - Green Shade only? Tried this but I am starting over due to my blues not looking right.
Very good! You have a keen eye for color. Yong used Winsor blue, red shade as well as the green shade to mix the color of the sky and water. 👌
