I’ve had to take extensions for assignments and take lower grades in assignments due to the stress and worry my trial has given me.
Back in university my Best Friend was put on Academic Suspension. What's asinine is they never could justify the suspension. Even when my friend got a lawyer and had him send the university 30 day legal notice they just ignored it. He sued and won but the university was so humiliated they didn't even apologize. They threw my friend to the curve and refused to let him continue his education there.
I have a hearing. I have been alleged with unfair means during examination of CA Final. I didn't cheat during exams , i unintentionally did rough work on my admit card backside. Am really scared that ICAI may cancel my results or debar me for further exams.
What is to be done if university has suspended a student in 1st semester and asking to take transfer to other university or the university will terminate?

Get an attorney and have family there, if you have to just up and leave.
