'Loading the skill' is why I left WoT shortly after it was released as 'standard' ammo.

Such skill, much wow... I believe that premium rounds should have more pen but less damage, that will actually make people think about which rounds they want to fire. Everyone just spamming gold is not what this game was meant to be originally in my opinion.
