Thanks Brent, I have been to many areas in Southern Thailand because I love the ocean. Next week will be my first trip to check out the North, and im going to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.
Still my favorite TH-cam channel with the content I am looking for! I watch Mike,Paul Gino and a few more. By far your my favorite! You do You! Keep up the good work. Don’t listen to the negative!! 😎
@@Kidrondrew333 I agree! I would rather someone real get on here than the fake ass TH-cam personalities on here. I have met one of those guys you mentioned in person he is rude and full of himself. Being TH-cam famous has gone to his head.
I first heard about Chiang Mai a few months ago. Very reasonable condo options available in Thailand. One channel I urge you to consider is Frans Fresh Start in Chiang Maj. She speaks fluent English, and knows the city.
I went on that flight from Bangkok to Clark you arrive at 4am, I booked one night at Drakes in Angeles and they charged me for two nights, even though I wanted to checkout at noon the same day. Fortunately the manager turned up on checkout and he only charged me one night 😊
Another place to check out around Angeles is Clark Freeport zone. There’s a nice little area over by the parade grand with some cool coffee, shops, and dinner spots. Nice little museum to walk around in. 10:10
Glad you enjoyed Chiang Mai! I just left Angeles myself and came back to Tagaytay. If you have a big appetite at Papi’s Grill, I recommend the biscuits and gravy pizza for breakfast! Amazing, comes with scrambled eggs and bacon on top
Happy Travels 😊 I’d definitely suggest you do some slow travel around the Philippines 🇵🇭 Maybe spend a month or 2 in each area. It would be interesting for us wanna be expats 😂 to get your opinion on each place
On Walking Street, masquerades and insomnia are fun. The Korean bars are too high. Tequila Reef is a good place to eat out on the rail and people watch from 530 to 7. And of course, walking street is much better after dark.
I'm looking forward to you comparison between Thai and Ph/AC walking street. Hopefully the sidewalk construction is done when you get there and new Korean place where Envy was is open.
Feeling sad about leaving Chiang Mai, just gives you a good reason to go back in the near future, Plus you can hit that other town you mentioned you didn't have time for during this trip
The fast traveler 😂 you move crazy fast for a slow traveler. At least it seems that way from this end. I’ll probably end up traveling the same way. Just keep moving. I say I would like to slow travel. I don’t know shit until I get out and do it. Must be a Filipina on your mind ?
Yes but what did you do there? Did you see the historical part of the city? Did you visit a temple? Tell us WHY you like it . Show us somethings about it . Just saying .
@@davidcoleman2796 I've been quite a few places in SE Asia and there are good and not so good things like everywhere else on the planet. What appeals to me may not be what you're looking for. The place that I'd like to live long-term is Cambodia. Why? I just felt that it was the best fit for me, no specific reasons. I like the Philippines but there are things about it that weren't very appealing, that's just my personal opinion. There are nice and friendly people there but that's not a clencher for my deciding where I'd like to live on a long-term basis. There are nice and friendly people everywhere. My only advice is to travel around and find your personal paradise. Don't rely on what you see in youtube videos.
@@KC-in9pxHow does Cambodia compare to the Philippines? Pre covid I did a 4 day visa run from Vietnam to Siem Reap and really liked Siem Reap. I plan on going back in January to explore more of the country.

Lookin fit! While rocking the Philippines shirt in Thailand haha!
Part of finding what you like is finding what you don’t like. Time in pattaya / Phuket was well spent in this mindset 👍
💯
see ya in the PI man, i'll be @Drake also. safe travels and peace!
