This worked almost all of the time. The only time it did not work for me was when there was a misplay on the first move. The first time I lost because I did Strike, Strike, Parry, Strike (as video suggests to keep the same second-third-fourth move in the sequence). However, the second time I did Strike then use Feint-Strike-Parry to get the win (e.g. delay the sequence, instead of using Strike to replace Feint as the first move). Hope this helps! The first Misplay shown in the video at 1:10 was suppose to be a Strike according to the pattern, and since it was a misplay they still did the Strike, but the next move at 1:17 was a Parry, meaning the Strike for the Misplay replaced the pattern move. In my opinion a better example is the second misplay at the start of the 4th round at 1:32. The pattern should be Feint, Strike, Parry, Strike. Notice that Kylo opens with a misplay. So the video shows Jedi Master Adastra using Strike, instead of Feint due to the misplay, and the next move at 1:40 is not Feint (as in starting the pattern over) but instead a Strike, meaning Strike for the misplay REPLACED the pattern move Feint.
I´ve watched the video several times and played exactly like mentioned, but it did not work out. I had to switch and do feint for bout ten minutes before being up 2-0 in this mini encounter twice before I could risk strike. But Kylo definitely took other moves than mentioned here! Anyone noticing that as well, did CG mix something up with the last patch maybe?

That’s where I’m a bit uncertain too. On misplays, does strike just always replace the move you were supposed to do, then carry on with the pattern as it was going? Or does playing strike on a misplay start a new cycle of feint strike parry strike?

@@LeeNeitzel .not sure what situation you are pertaining, but here are some samples. Feint > Strike > (Confused) > Strike > Parry > Strike Feint > Strike > Parry > (Confused) > Strike > Strike > Feint etc.

Can you see if this order still works, Adastra? I'll be doing this in a few days. A friend of mine had discovered the same pattern a few weeks ago, but now it seems random, so wondering if they patched it without announcing it? If you have the time to retest, it's much appreciated!!!
FYI I did my first attempt last night. Kylo immediately Feinted as opposed to Striking, so it's not 100% reliable. However, I decided to try again on rounds 2-4 and then it worked fine. So don't be surprised if it goes off the rails; but it's still worth starting with this approach to see if it works.

You have to feint til you earn the first slash above your head. Then do strike, parry, strike. Worked for me both GL events
You don't explain if you should replace your command with the misplay strike or continue where you left off.

Klesso #8449 so just to make sure, if the ?? Pops up on the 3rd move, you make a strike and then resume to do the 3rd move ?
