interestingly, t his one isn't working for me. The order isn't working at all for some reason.
Edit: It's explained at 4:04 - SLKR started with a Misplay which skewed the initial pattern. Now it's working perfectly!
I bought the light speed for Rey and this was my go to video for tier 3
Every other video I've seen tries to explain everything and what it all does. I'm not the brightest knife in the shoebox, so this four step method is a life saver for me. Thank you!

This is by far the easiest explanation to follow I have seen so far. Just beat my first game of rock paper scissors. 120 more tickets to go.

yeah, I don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them or not. but first off, I have seen a couple of guides on this tier and both say the same thing: Feint Strike Parry Strike. Yet when doing it for the first time ever...it turns out that for me, it doesn't work this way. I didn't drop a duel luckily, but I had to quickly change up my strat. Doing it this way, we both get 3. He goes first tho, so we both brought each other down to 25%. If he went first again, it would have been over, He misplayed the last time so I did Strike every time, but when it was time to Parry, I just Striked again. I had to Strike every time basically. So either I am the only one (and knowing my luck, it usually is) or this is no longer valid.
hm could be that they changed something, you have to keep an eye on misplay, if they do that, need to use strike
Just doing this now and found it the same way as well. Had a couple extra moves thrown in, but just had a notepad open with the moves and played the sequence out in my head. Some points, due to misplays on Kylo's part, did strike 4 times in a row, but still had to remember the sequence to start it over just in case. 1 battle left.

What is the "Misplay Icon" you mention - the "confuse" up top? I don't think it matters if I follow the pattern, just curious..

Hrmm, is there some variation now with this one? The fight isn't going anywhere near like it is in the video and SLKR has 2 points on me already and I'm on the 4th turn.
Edit: As I said in another comment I replied to, I figured it out! You explain this at 4:04 - SLKR started with a Misplay which changes how you want to start.

This game is such a joke that in order to unlock the most complex and powerful characters ever made, you need to play the most simple game ever made, but even simpler because you can effectively exploit the AI as shown by the guides here.
