58:00 recently there have been a handful of cases where Ojiisans have acused men of chikan incorrectly. Once the victim pretended to be a girlfriend to save the accused, once the alleged victim didn't want to be involved and the man lost his vice principal job, other times they get fined and publically shamed for their first alleged offense. Trains are coming with cameras now, but it will take 20 years to replace all of them. Are we allowed to wear body cams everywhere without falling afoul of privacy laws? Can we block seats next to us on trains and only allow men?
