I cry about Sherpa everyday. I have been watching Key and Sherpa every day for about four years. You and Jamie and Nan and the dogs are like extended family. The Sherpa and Key plushies coming in september are so much more special now.
I got emotional watching Jamie’s video talking about saying goodbye to Sherpa. It was the moment he talked about thinking about ending the suffering. I know that feeling and my ❤️ goes out to Jamie for making that difficult decision. Watching Key and Sherpa together these last few years have been a blast. The passing of Sherpa was shocking because he had been doing well after the tooth extractions. This is so difficult for you all over there! Sherpa was the king!
@@jodie_boo you can get a 3D printed pad for him It will fit him perfectly and they are soft but still supporting his leg 😊 And you might need to get one for each front leg
Jodie, K'ey knew the end was near for Sherpa, the last time they met. In that video, K'ey kept smelling Sherpa, and acting differently than usual. Animals sense far more than we can, especially around that.
Yes, Key definitely smelled a change in Sherpa that seemed to concern him. He might not have understood what it meant at the time, if he didn't have any past experience with it. But when Jodie says "Jamie's coming over" and he shows up without Sherpa, and he sees their grief, he'll start to understand. Very sad learning experience for Key.
My favorite videos to watch was you telling key sherpa is coming for a visit and key running happily around the house then standing on watch at the door until finally he hears sherpys sweet howls letting key know he's arrived and then watching the two beautiful best friends playing and running together on the grass until wiped out tired. Best videos ever. ❤
Key will understand. He is more intuitive than you know. The last time Key saw Sherp was after he had his teeth out and he was a bit slow. It is possible that he smelled the tumors because their sense of smell is 3000x more sensitive. I think you are wise in leaving it until Jamie comes and you can all be together to love on each other. Much love and many hugs to you all.
Jodie, please don't apologize for crying. I miss Sherpa so much, especially when you always tell Key Sherpa is coming. I always look forward to seeing Key and Sherpa together, eating biscuits, and playing in the field .RIP Sherpa. I pray that key leg feels better soon . Love you, key. ❤❤
Key is very intuitive and he knows you are sad ..Thank you for being a safe space for Jamie and for letting us know that he (Jamie) is spending time with family and not being alone all of the time.
We are here for you too Jodie! Glad that you are in contact with Jamie daily. It takes time to grieve & heal. Do things at your own pace & be kind to yourself. I hope Key's wrist improves & you find the right combo of wrap, boot, etc. Sending love & prayers for peace and healing ❤️🙏🐾
Whew...I knew you were sad, but I didn't realize how hard this was on you, Jodie. Thank you for not filming yourself...I would have lost it seeing your beautiful face in tears. But we're all in this together, you know, the whole Key/Sherpa community is sad right now. And my own reaction is to rewind back as far as possible and enjoy the old videos, so thanks for that 10-year friendship video, the timing was unintentionally good. That is one of the best dog-buddy movies ever! As I said to Jamie, you can lean on us, we're here for you and you don't need to be strong if you don't feel it, so thanks for trusting us with this one. Luv ya Jodie.
There are no words that can express the pain of losing sweet Sherpa…💔 I loved watching them together…❤️ May God watch over you all and help you heal…🙏🏻
I hope Key’s leg gets a little better. ❤. My deepest sympathies to Jodie, Key and Nan for the loss of their friend Sherpa. He loved all of you. Jamie needs your support now. 💙💜♥️🌈🌈
I only recently watched your video of how Key and Sherpa met, and never realised he had known Sherpa since being a tiny puppy, it was so sweet seeing how Sherpa was a mentor and brother to Key, and how Key grew up with Sherpas constant presence, which makes Sherpas passing all the sadder. It was a source of comfort to watch them together and and I'll miss seeing their friendship. Jamies video was so raw and touching and though I never met Sherpa I think me and many others felt connected to him and are all mourning his loss.
Jodie, I know it must be very hard for you and your mom “the biscuit lady”😊 right now. It was sweet of you to make the video updating us on Key’s leg. Coping with the passing of Key’s bestie has to be very difficult. It was heart warming to watch Key during your tears because he didn’t understand why you were so sad, and yet he seemed to try to be saying “Don’t be sad, Jodie! Can I make you happy, Jodie?”😊 I’m wishing comfort for you and your mom. And I know you’re a comfort for Jamie too. Best wishes from the US.
I used a human sock under my dog's leg brace several years ago. The sock protected her leg from the stays rubbing her sore spot, kept the brace from slipping so much and padded her toes a little too. It seems like the sock that worked best was a wool boot sock, but i did try several styles for different weather and conditions where we were walking. Hugs to you and Key. The loss of family is overwhelming but you are strong enough. Don't worry about the tears, they are part of the healing process. take the time you need to heal and help Jamie heal. you have the best support for that in Key.

There is no time limit for mourning a friend. And tears help relieve stress. But Key is a brilliant dog, he knows your upset he can sense it. And he will mourn in his own way. Prayers 🙏🙏🙏
Jodie, it's OK to cry. My heart goes out to Jamie, you, your Mom, Key, Nook, his Mom, the entire Sherpa family really. Because Sherpa is a family member. It hits everyone. He is loved and missed my thousands, but you all are family. Your suggestion to go watch older Sherpa videos is a great one. Not only for the memories, but to keep Sherpas and Sherpas Day channels going while Jamie takes time off. That's a great way to help support him at this time. Give Keyush a giant hug and take care lovely lady.
It's really hard to lose our furry friends. It takes time Jodi...My heart goes out to you, Key and Jaime. You're doing the right thing for Key. I'm so sorry for your loss and the loss of Key's BFF... I honestly think he already knows or senses it. Key knew that his Sherpa was sick, I can tell by the way he acted around him on that last visit. Key was so gentle with Sherpa... They know more than we can ever understand...Sherpa has probably already visited Key in his dreams.. Stay strong Im praying for Key's wrist to recover speedily... Love from Florida USA.. 🐾🌈🐾
Key is a sweetheart! Am sure that when Jamie comes to visit & Key looks for SHerpa he may realize that his friend is not coming. I will remember how SHerpa would give your mum the business when it came time for giving out biscuits. It was always a joy to see both Key & SHerpa play. We all will cherish those memories!
My heart is just broken for Jamie mainly but all of you! Poor Key! It is going to be so confusing for him…..😢he obviously knows something is wrong but in time he will come to understand. During COVID these 2 dogs absolutely won my heart! When we lost our 14 yr old dog in 2021 it felt like losing a person! I know how horribly awful it is sadly many of us do! But I am with you both in spirit and Jamie is so fortunate to have you! Sending so much love to all! ❤
Sherpa brought out the side of Key that looked forward to doing doggo things when he arrived to visit. I can only imagine how tough you and your mother are taking the loss. It looked like he treated your house like another home away from home, not only because his bestie was there and you welcomed him as family. Thoughts and prayers are with You, Nan & Keyush.
This is a perfect example of how people handle their grief differently and there is no one right way. Jamie has been comforted by our comments, Jody can't even bring herself to read them yet - and that is perfectly normal. I hope everyone allows you to process your grief in your own time and way Jody. Maybe we forget that your actual friendship with Jamie is more than these videos of your pups playing and demanding biscuits from the biscuit lady. ;) My heart breaks for all of you. I hope, somehow when Key sees Jamie again - he'll just understand...somehow. It's quite possible that Key knew Sherpa was not well the last time they met. We will never really know what dogs can communicate to each other through their noses and barks. I'd like to believe Sherpa told him that he loved being his best friend, and to give Jamie extra kisses if he comes to visit without him. He's going to check out the rainbow bridge - and they'll all see each other again someday. 💔
1st time i saw a vid of yours it was with a title of Key recognising Sherpa's name. This was during lockdown. I was curious and clicked. The rest is history. Now I'm sad, like all of us, reminding me of lost pets from the past and reminiscing and how amazing it was to have been a part of their lives
Love him soooooooo much. Really hope his leg feels better❤❤❤ RIP Sherps aka Keys bestie🕊🕊🕊❤❤ He is a really sweet and good boi that can NEVER EVER be replaced 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Jodie, my dear, it’s ok to cry. I’ve cried all week, and I’m crying now. This was a beautiful tribute to our beloved Sherpa. It’s incredible that I live thousands of miles away across the pond, but I’m so attached to Sherpa and Key. I feel like you and Jamie are my family, and I love Sherpa and Key so much. Heaven just got another precious angel. I know Jamie is not ready, but I hope eventually he’ll get a puppy. He’s got so much love to give a dog that needs a good home. Pets become your family - the bond we share with our animals is profound, on both sides. Just look at how Key is attuned to your emotions. I commented on Jamie’s channel thanking him for sharing Sherpa with the world, and you deserve the same thanks. You shared Sherpa and Key’s special friendship with so many people, and you know from your comments section that this is more than just sharing some smiles and laughs with folks - people have been genuinely uplifted and helped though hard times by these highlights of joy. The passing of Sherpa was shocking because he had been doing well after the tooth extractions. This is so difficult for you all over there! Sherpa was the king!
Well, that did it Jodie. Couldn’t let you cry alone. 💕
Aw, I'm sorry, I really tried hard not to cry, but I knew it would happen!
@@jodie_booIt’s perfectly fine. Sadness and grief are just part of this life, and sharing it makes it go down just a little easier.
@@jodie_booit's okay to cry. The loss of a pet is never ever easy. Rest in peace sherpa
@@jodie_boo you can get a 3D printed pad for him
It will fit him perfectly and they are soft but still supporting his leg 😊
And you might need to get one for each front leg
@@jodie_boona never apologize for crying, we are human, it happens when we are sad
On the brightside Sherpa and Phil are having an endless amount of treats and runs in the field together
Two sweet boys. ❤
Jodie, K'ey knew the end was near for Sherpa, the last time they met. In that video, K'ey kept smelling Sherpa, and acting differently than usual. Animals sense far more than we can, especially around that.
💯‼️‼️‼️
Absolutely- dogs know more than we give them credit for ❤
Yes, Key definitely smelled a change in Sherpa that seemed to concern him.
Precious memories! Those were the best videos! ❤😢
Key is the tonic we all need after the sad loss of Sherpa x
Key will understand. He is more intuitive than you know. The last time Key saw Sherp was after he had his teeth out and he was a bit slow. It is possible that he smelled the tumors because their sense of smell is 3000x more sensitive. I think you are wise in leaving it until Jamie comes and you can all be together to love on each other. Much love and many hugs to you all.
We are sending you all so much love!
There are no words that can express the pain of losing sweet Sherpa…💔
I loved watching them together…❤️
May God watch over you all and help you heal…🙏🏻
Keys I’m so sorry about your bestie Sharpe he loves you
Thank you, we miss him!
Seeing Key’s concern for you Jodie makes me smile.
I hope Key’s leg gets a little better. ❤. My deepest sympathies to Jodie, Key and Nan for the loss of their friend Sherpa. He loved all of you. Jamie needs your support now. 💙💜♥️🌈🌈
Get well soon beautiful boy, soo sorry for the lost your best friend Beautiful Sherpa my heart is is broken too. God bless you all ❤😢😢
Thank you ❤️
@@jodie_boo we're all crying with you so never apologize I can't say I speak for everyone but I know this we care about y'all the good and the bad😢😢
You mourn Sherpa for Key, that dog is very smart and he will figure it out. RIP Sherpa
I am sorry for your loss too. He may not be your dog, but he was family. It’s hard to go through the loss of a close love. Hugs to you and Key.
Aww! Jodie my dear! There is no shame in crying about Sherpa!😔
Sharper has been a important part of your lives! I've cried as well!😔
Sherpa will always live on in Key!😀
And Key will always make me smile!😀
I hope you all have a lovely Sunday! Love and best wishes as always Terry xx 😀✌🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thank you Terry, we'll never forget him, he was a special boy
@@jodie_boo Yep definitely my dear! 😀
Oh Jodie don't worry about crying, I watched Ten Years Of Friendship the other day with tears rolling down, but also with a smile, it's such a beautiful video to watch. I'm glad Jamie is able to talk to you it will help him more than you realise. I've thought of you, Key and the Biscuit Lady since Sherpa passed, all three of you made him so happy .. as he did you. I look forward to seeing your latest videos but only when you feel ready. Sending love to you Key and your Mum ( I love haring her laughing at Key in the background, she sets me off too). Bless you.all.
Aww Key looked so worried when you started crying 😞 the only bad part about having pets is having to say goodbye eventually 😞 they become such a huge part of our lives! I hope you and Jaime (and Key) feel better soon! It only gets easier with time ❤
Never, ever apologize for grieving. It's especially hard for you and we understand.
I 'm disabled and love Huskies I can't have one as much as I want to. Please give Key a Big hug for me it will help you both.
Oh dear, I haven't stopped crying since Wednesday. It is the worst thing in the world 😢 But, we all know he's no longer in pain, he's safe in God's arms, watching over Jamie, you, Key, Nan, Granny, Nook, Willie and Sarah❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Me too
All we know is that he's no longer in pain. We shouldn't confidently state things that are not knowable.
@@Tcrror No one asked you. Keep your atheism to yourself.
The sad reality of having a beloved dog is they will one day leave us. I was a blubbering mess when I lost my Charlie years ago. It's OK to cry. Sending heartfelt love and prayers to you and Jamie 💔🙏😥
It's been 6 months of tears, grief, lump in my throat.....it doesn't lessen ....😢😢🥺🥺
It's okay to cry. I am crying too. Love you, Dear. We are all trying to cope, and it must be terribly hard for you right now.
Big Hugs for you and Key. Sherpa is with us, always.🐕🐾😘❤️
There is no time limit for mourning a friend. And tears help relieve stress. But Key is a brilliant dog, he knows your upset he can sense it. And he will mourn in his own way. Prayers 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for addressing Sherpa's passing. We are trying to be as supportive as possible.
I've lost track of how many times I've found myself crying over the past several days
Same here
Same 😢
Same 💔
Same here, I am crying right now
I've just started crying again. 😢
i feel like Key already Knows
This comment is beautiful ❤ Thank you for summing up my feelings so eloquently ❤
Thank you for this response and all the happy videos. Hope Keys foot will get better.
Thank you so much!
@@jodie_booget well soon key love you boy so sorry about Sherpa sending much love to Jodie Key Jamie Sister Sarah and all your families and loved ones I love the great content ❤️❤️❤️
I can't stop my tears when one of sherpas videos pops on my feed. I hope Key gets well soon.
Sometimes vetrap will give enough support without the weight
Losing a fur baby hits harder than an actual loved one
My heart aches for all who knew and loved Sir Sherpa. I'm glad you're there for Jamie.
When the family dog passed when I was a kid, I brought our cat in to see and sniff her body because I couldn't think of any other way of letting her know why our dog wouldn't be around any more (yes, they got along).
My boy now has been getting a lot of extra attention this past week since learning about Sherpa. He's a 16yo husky/wgsd and, thankfully, doing really well for his age.
Thank you for taking such good care of K’ey’s injury and Jamie’s heart as you both mourn Sherpa. You’re a wonderful dog momma and friend. Even if K’ey won’t understand this loss, he does understand sadness and I’m sure he will do all he can to comfort you and Jamie when the inevitable visit happens. I can already tell how aware he is of your feelings. ❤️🩹
I’ve lost 7 dogs in my life, and it’s a heart wrenching, traumatic event. I know Jamie doesn’t think so now, but the tears will stop and he’ll laugh again. He gave Sherpa a wonderful life and did everything to make him happy. Sherpa will forever live in our hearts and memories. We appreciate your videos of Key because he always makes us laugh. That’s what we all need now. Please give Key a hug for me. I’m continuing my prayers for all of us during this difficult time. God bless each of you in the Sherpa and Key community. Much love from Tennessee USA. 💕🐾✝️🥲
Just think if Jamie ever gets a puppy Key can teach it all the naughty things he and Sheep's knew! 😇
it’s okay to cry and you are not making us sad. we are sad of sherpa’s passing anyway. sending all of you hugs and love❤
Years ago YT decided to drop one of your videos in my feed, and thanks to you and Key I found Jamie and Sherp. The 4 of you have brought years of happiness and laughs to me, through some tough times. 40+ years later I still remember the best malamute that ever lived, Tasha. Unlike me, you and Jamie have endless videos and pictures to cherish, and I envy you that.
After losing my last cat more than 20 years ago, I still haven't been able to have a companion since then, just hurts too much losing them, but I hope Jamie will find a furball to fill the void when he's ready. Cherish every moment with Key, he's a good beastie. Long Distance Hug from an old former Army grunt across the Pond, you folks have brought people around the world together over the years, never forget that.
We’re perfect strangers and man of us are crying along with you. Whenever I watch Jamie’s TH-cam, I still cry for him. God Bless🦋
Jodie, we all love Key and Sherpa. Tears and grief are a way to heal our hearts 💕. Thousands of people are crying for Sherpa and Jamie. One's best friend is irreplaceable. I know that. God be with you and Key. I hope Key gets better, too. 😊😢❤❤❤❤❤
Oh Jodie your not alone. I'm still crying too..... Even watching your video right now. The world seems empty without our dear friend. I'm so sorry for you all and I hope with time all our hearts can heal a little. Thank you for keeping an eye on Jaime and for the update. I love watching your videos and thank you for keeping them coming it lifts my spirits some what. I hope you sort out poor Keys leg and can find some boots for his chubby toe beans. Sending healing hugs to you all. 🌈🐾🐾💔
Take your time. You need to grieve too. Even tho Sherpa was Jamie's dog, he was also a big part of your's and Key's life. Hugs.
I'm so sorry Jodi and Key. Sherpa will truly be missed. What a beautiful pupper he was! I'm just glad he had a great life, surrounded by family and friends who loved him. Doesn't get better than that. Best wishes for Key's leg. I hope he's all better soon. Much love to you all from America! ❤️
Keyush gave Sherpa something that most dogs/people don’t ever get, a genuine best friend. I feel for key so much and I wish there was a way he could understand… but I hope he continues to be the happy go lucky lil boy he is

How is your mum doing with Sherpa's passing? Hugs to her too. Watching what we now know was the last time giving Sherpa biscuits was hard. We know she loved him too. Give her a hug from us fans
Jodie let the tears flow we all understand we all loved Sherpa and will miss him dearly as for Key not knowing he already knows he knew something was off and that Sherps was not doing well their bond will still be strong!!💖💖😘😘
The loss of Sherpa is so heartbreaking. Thank goodness Key is still with us. Thank you for sharing 🩷🐕🐾🐕🐾
Jodie thank you for sharing Keyush with us around the world. Bless you and Keyush. And we all miss seeing Keyush and Sherpa together.
Who would have thought that in 2025I who lives in Chillicothe Ohio would be crying about a dog that passed away in England? Sherpa will be forever in my heart.
I feal for Jamie, Sherpa was such a big part of his life and also yours and your mum (biscuit lady), Key and Sherpa they were such besties, I loved how excited Key got when Sherpa was visiting and how Sherpa went straight to you mum for a biscuit so adorable ❤.
So sorry, Jodie and Key.😢
I once heard someone say that the tears we cry and the pain we feel is like the "receipt" we get for having deeply loved someone, and that we should hold it proudly and never be ashamed of our feelings of love.
Sending love, tears, and hugs.
🐾💙🌈💙🐾
We're all still crying over Sherpa. I can't put my sorrow adequately into words. The world hasn't seemed normal without Sherpa in it. 😢😭💔
We love you, Jodie and Key! And praying for Jamie! RIP, to King Sherpa! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💔💔💔
Sharing Key and Sherpa (and yourself and Mum and everyone else) with the world is in many ways a ministry. You’re helping people by sharing all this love with them, and that includes your sadness and grief. We love you, and we love Key, and Jamie, and Sherpa. ❤
Key does make laugh and smile love him, Thanks Jodie for sharing I miss Sherpa may he R.I.P 🐕🐕
Jodie I'm hoping you find something to help Key's foot get well soon Key.
Take care of yourself Jodie, poor Key was upset to see his Mummy crying.

You are stronger than you realise Jodi it's okay to cry and key is a darling when he realised you were upset. Give Jamie a hug off camera for us. Give our love to biscuit lady and a massive hug to key
Poor Key, I hope a new boot will help!
Thinking of you guys in this time of loss. Cry if you feel like it - a lot of us have cried these past few days. Sherpa was special to you, and he will always be with you in spirit... probably following the Biscuit Lady around. Love to you all.
Asking the Goddess to bless Key with healing and healing❤❤❤❤❤
Jodie, you are doing what is right for Key in not telling him he won't understand. Just hearing the sadness and tears, we all know how much you miss Sherpa and how you are trying to comfort Jamie at this time. We who only watched videos and grew to love your two boys are torn up over Sherpa passing. No one should be thinking you dont care because you knew Sherpa and Jamie in real life. You are trying to give us a break from the sadness we all are going through, for that, I thank you. You are there for Jamie at this time, and that is what matters. Don't let anyone tell you that you do not care we hear it in your voice.
Jodie, I want to wish you peace. It's always hard when we lose someone we love. A lot of people loved Sherpa, just as we love Key, Jamie, you and your family.
I actually think Key kind of understands, the way he looks at you while you were talking about Jamie and Sherpa.
We embrace you and comfort you at this tough time.
I think key will become depressed later

Jodie, its completely understandable even with a smart dog Key. It will happen. Crying does not mean you are weak. You are strong.
