That's horrible.Doing factory reset is one of the worst things to do.Everything is gone and problem is not solved.

Thank you, I force stopped it and reset my phone. That cleared up my issue of the camera assistant on my watch
All of that doesn't work. My camera is working but not on 64px, only 16 maximum and this f**ing "Camera failed" appears when I turn to 64px...This is so annoying...And if I download another app then maximum camera mpx is 16 and again I can't use power and quality of my 64px.
That is ugly terrible stuff. Stupid samsung...

What of none of those options fix it? If I get a video call, the front view camera will work, but it doesn't work if I open the camera app. I even tried the *#0*# and the front camera will work but the rear will act like it's going to open but it shuts down immediately. HELP

Your screen recorder makes it look so slow. Do you use the built-in screen recorder or an app. The built-in recorder shouldn't be like that

I was filming a video for about 1 minute and the camera suddenly closed. Is the video I was filming lost? Where can I find it? My phone has 11GB left of storage so I don't think it was because of running low on storage...

You need to open it and separate the camera from the board then put it back together that does the trick

My camera works with video calls, and even other snapping app like snapchat, camera360 but galaxy camera failed to work, i have tried all mentioned methods but none worked for me, and I'm sure it not hardware issue since the camera work in another app

I have an older phone its a note 10 plus i keep getting a message that says security policy prevents use of camera. Does anyone know what that means?

@@A_z_r_a_e_l_ I recently discovered the problem. Somehow in my drop down menu I accidentally turned on the sensors there's symbol that looks like an EKG readout or a piece of barbed wire that says "sensors off" you have to make sure that's actually turned off it worked for me my camera worked immediately after turning that off. Hopefully this helps you.

Question: Hey Greg I have a quick question. I have my Fold 3 through At&t and I just got home from work and opened my phone and see a tiny red and blue dot on the inner screen. I have insurance through att. They should cover a new one right ?
