Restaurant Quality Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

  • You can’t go wrong with this Salmon recipe. This Salmon recipe is one of my favorites; it’s easy to make, fast and delicious when you’re strapped for time. You will have dinner ready in no time.
    Pan-Seared Salmon w/Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
    Atlantic Salmon (6 - 8 oz)
    Pinch of salt
    1 tbl sp olive oil
    4 tbl sp unsalted butter
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
    2 tbl sp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    2 tbl spoon parsley (chopped)
    Red pepper flakes (optional)
    Pat dry Salmon filet
    Season with salt
    Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
    Sear salmon skin side 1st for 2 minutes. Flip salmon and sear the other side for 2 minutes as well.
    Add butter, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, parsley then sauté for about 1 minute.
    Return salmon filet back to the butter sauce and baste for another 30 seconds.
    Serve and Enjoy!
