Honestly want to say a huge thanks to you for this, I hope this sets the standard for the future of One Piece TCG content - informative, well explained, concise, and - most of all - freely available for all to learn from.
I've been making articles, free and not for the passed year or so and always said I wanted to make sure there was free content out there for people. Sucks if knowledge AND the cards have such a high price of entry
@@ikailakai My feelings exactly. I got into the game a few months ago and I've found that you can sort of learn how to improve by watching good players, but this only takes one so far. In terms of dedicated guides on how to improve fundies, deck-building, or getting better at playing leader X, there really isn't a lot freely available which kind of sucks given the already high cost of building a semi-competitive deck. Do you have a note account? I've been making do using google translate to read guides on Doffy and Perona from JP players
Great breakdown dude I genuinely appreciate the effort you’ve put in, your explanations and the quick reference pictures of gameplay situations are fantastic.
This was really helpful, as someone who’s won a 9 round tournament with doflamingo in 8. This was immensely helpful to prepare for 8.5 so thank you for making this and explaining the multiple game plans well
I just ordered the cards to shape up my 2 copies of the starter, and this video is definitely helping me figure out how to play this fun deck optimally.
Amazing video, I left Japan when Op07 came out and felt a little lost on the current meta, this video made me understand Doflamingo better than my own mai deck! 😆 I'm excited to see what other guides you release in the future.
Thanks for more doffy content, it took a lot of testing but I'm finally starting to get a feel for doffy now. There's so many options every game that it's feel really hard to know what the best play is
Aye, I am coming back from a small hiatus (Star Wars:Unlimited, Pokemon and UnionArena stole me for a bit) and I just bought the tools for the Doffy Deck and I gotta say, this helps a ton. I was a Kaido Player for 2 sets a R/G Law player for a Stent and then a filthy yellow player. This video is a perfect explanation for what I need to look out for
The patreon guide is absolutely worth buying if you plan on maining doffy in the coming sets. There are very helpful tips and guides for many matchups that every Doffy main should have in their arsenal
Could you elaborate as to why OP-07 47 law is played in these doffy decks? It doesn’t strike me as particularly fantastic as opposed to running a couple red rocs
Fantastic video, thanks! I have been trying to add 9 cost Sanji + maybe Mihawk or Jozu/Boa to add some mid-late game against black. Have you try something? Any thoughts?
Hey, any tips for the Bonney matchup? All of my people gets rested every single time and the fact that you play one rested with the leader effect makes it even easier for Carrot or 10c Doffy to stall me.
Wow, you are so amazing, love the video. Subscribed❤❤ Sorry if this is stupid question, I literally started game 2 days ago, what do you mean by Lucci losing Enies Lobby?
There isn't a full indepth video, just a written guide if you are ok with that medium. The commander tier is the tier that would give you access to it in its entirety
So does doflamingo generally want to go first or second now that Boa exists? Or is it maybe more about not letting your opponent have the turn order they would prefer.
Hey man, can you also put your Patreon link in the description of each video? Right now you have to click on your channel and then more links. Fewer clicks mean more patrons lol.
He can be used in the same way as the Bounce 4c Law with Teach. Teach to plant Law, hit with 7k and then return law to hand and burn another card from the opponent. when you want to use teach effect, but don't want to reduce your board, it's a good option with a potential bonus effect
It sounds kinda weird to constantly bounce something like Weevil back to the opponent's hand; wouldn't that make him win the resource grind by default?
Yea! I think it could be something good to consider if there's just a ton of Bonney around you for sure. If it was only 8c Kid they were running, something like gravity blade would be enough to neutralize tha matchup, but if people are running 9c Zoro, you definitely want to have Red Roc as an option.
I have many, but they might be a bit dated as they were written in an older meta. Nonetheless, things like the BY Luffy guide from a few months ago, though it doesn't include cards like 4 cost Kuzan, has all the writing on the fundamental way to pilot the deck. I will of course be writing more as well.
Hi, I am going to start playing Doffy as my primary and Bonney as my secondary deck I know it’s not a video about it but; why did Bonney lists shifted from running 8 cost Rosinante to 8 cost Kid and for OP8.5 would it be better to go with the Japan OP09 lists of running 8 cost kid plus ST 9 cost Shanks instead of 8 cost Rosinante and 9 cost Zoro?
8c Rosinante deals with black decks better, 8c Kid deals with Doflamingo better. I personally prefer the OP09 style bonney lists, but it is based on your local meta more than anything I think
Bro has to play against himself in videos but found a cameraman AINTNOWAY
Nah why you gotta do me like that
Cuz it's a camerawoman 😂😂
The formatting & pacing of this video is perfect for new players like me. Thanks for explaining all the nuances
Gotta thank you for the free content, these type of videos are my favorite! We need more like this, very nice

this is a really good guide. thanks so much for all your tips. also GGs to bro who won the sleeves!
My locals is looking to be 50% the mirror. This video was fantastic at helping me get a handle on this complicated deck. Thank you.
Love that the opening skits are continuing

I think, that's really helpful for new player who are starting with this tcg and hope to see more of it :)

Thanks for the video!! loved it!! It's a very complete guide !! much love from Chile and keep the hard work!!

I loved this video! especially the part about tips on matchups like b/y mindgames or using law in the mirror
Pls Pluffy Guide ❤!!
This was a very informative video! Thank you! I've been a blue Doffy fan for a long time. Looking forward to the new builds.
The patreon guide is absolutely worth buying if you plan on maining doffy in the coming sets. There are very helpful tips and guides for many matchups that every Doffy main should have in their arsenal
I enjoyed your video. Can’t wait to see more of your content when you get a chance to put it out.
Thanks man! I am thinking about running Doffy . I pulled the AA Leader a month ago and was planning to get it graded
WOW this was such a good guide. If youre planning on doing more of these for other leaders I cant wait!
Thanks again for this vid, waiting for the next one already
Great intro, doesn’t get more accurate than that
Super helpful! Really excited for this deck!
Awesome video! Thanks for the tips
I really enjoy this kind of analitical content!! would love to see some doffy games!
genuinely the best intro skits
The video i have been looking for. TY
I love this videos because I never did the dofla mirror and never thought about it but I ça see that it will be very complicated
Congrats to the winner! But I’m still staying for the Amazing and in depth videos
Really nice guide!
Just need to practice the mirror but these tips help thanks!
You didn't mention it but 4 cost law and buggy is a crazy interaction
Great, thank you. When is a Pluffy guide coming? :)
Needed this breakdown
The intros on this channel are pure gold
Best doffy guideeee🙏🏼
Nice video. You have earned a new subscriber
I absolutely love your videos and the intro cracked me out AHAHHAHAHAH
Love the guide and ty for sharing this for free! Where di you get the Rebecca Playmat? I love the artstyle and looking for one of these with yamato.
I love these bits in the beginning 😂
Please also teach us Foxy! I am the number 1 Foxy fan, but I am so bad at Davy Back Fights :,(
Finally a good guide
Earned my Like in the first 10 seconds xD
Next a black/Purple Luffy guide!! but tnx for this i was thinking of playing doffy this meta...
i feel you still need some 3 drop blocker doffy. more opportunities for a stacker
Got here faster than a turn two warlord
Could you elaborate as to why OP-07 47 law is played in these doffy decks? It doesn’t strike me as particularly fantastic as opposed to running a couple red rocs
Thank you for this sir. can you do Shanks next? thank you
Fantastic video, thanks!
I have been trying to add 9 cost Sanji + maybe Mihawk or Jozu/Boa to add some mid-late game against black. Have you try something? Any thoughts?
nr1 optcg youtuber for sure
hope they'll keep printing support for older leaders like RG LAW or even Rosinante
Hey, any tips for the Bonney matchup? All of my people gets rested every single time and the fact that you play one rested with the leader effect makes it even easier for Carrot or 10c Doffy to stall me.
Great.. Another doffy video 🥰❤🎉
Wow, you are so amazing, love the video.
Subscribed❤❤
Sorry if this is stupid question, I literally started game 2 days ago, what do you mean by Lucci losing Enies Lobby?
Do “On Play” effects work on Doflamingo’s summon ability? I’ve tried searching for this with no clear answer.
What are the worst matchups for Pluffy in a blackbeard dominated meta? (Less lucci, by, bonney)
That's why he's the 🐐
Highest quality OPTCG content!
Loving these intros 😂
Thank You!
Would you be aginst showing blue yellow ace some love?
There it is bois!
What do you think of bigger midrange piles that play 6c Boa Hancock with more red rocs/gravity blade and 1 or 2 kaido
In the mirror, how aggressively are you defending your board?
And at what life total in general do you feel comfortable going to?
Do you offer coaching?
Hi, I signed up on patreon just for your guide, awesome.
Can you make a guide for other MUs like Bonney, Pluffy, Reiju etc
tnx
I'll see what I can do for supplementing the previous content if there are some more intricacies to touch on
Nice breakdown. Now please do a Blackbeard vid because he's so hard to pilot!
Can't wait for the new starter decks
Hooorayyy new vid
This was pretty useful! What patreon tier do I need to get the full in depth video?
There isn't a full indepth video, just a written guide if you are ok with that medium. The commander tier is the tier that would give you access to it in its entirety
@@ikailakai thanks! Yeah I knew it was written but I just typed video and didn’t realise haha
Can someone tell me where you buy that acrylic tcg hand stand he uses for games
Nice guide
So does doflamingo generally want to go first or second now that Boa exists? Or is it maybe more about not letting your opponent have the turn order they would prefer.
That's exactly it! Just take the side that the opponent wants. In the mirror you want 2nd though for the resources
Can't wait to play Vegapunk in the Doffy meta!
You know what's up ^^
So helpful
Hey man, can you also put your Patreon link in the description of each video? Right now you have to click on your channel and then more links. Fewer clicks mean more patrons lol.
Hi! Can you explain why the 4 cost 4k law is played other than being a 2k counter
By luffy next guide pls
Someone explain how can beat Enel with doffy? THANKS
why are you only running 2 gecko in the bounce midrange build?
soo do I go first vs BYLuffy and mirror as well? Great guide overall!
By and the mirror you take 2nd to deny the opponent's powerful move and get the extra draw, but going first isn't a huge setback
In my locals we have like 5-6 Bonnie players. So do you think cutting 2 cards for red rock is smart? As sometimes you just need that zoro or kid gone
Yea! I think it could be something good to consider if there's just a ton of Bonney around you for sure. If it was only 8c Kid they were running, something like gravity blade would be enough to neutralize tha matchup, but if people are running 9c Zoro, you definitely want to have Red Roc as an option.
Still trying to digest but already found too much to regurgitate
great information
Thanks 🙏
Blackbeard guide please
This should hold up until the next ban list.
Wow nice 👍🏻
Do you have other deck primers on your patreon? Or are there more to come?
I have many, but they might be a bit dated as they were written in an older meta. Nonetheless, things like the BY Luffy guide from a few months ago, though it doesn't include cards like 4 cost Kuzan, has all the writing on the fundamental way to pilot the deck. I will of course be writing more as well.
@@ikailakai Cool thanks for the reply, I'll be for sure supporting for the primers!
thanks king
Early video in the mornig 😂
How much for the framed shanks poster in the background? 😊😁
Deck list?
need crossai to release the single purchase for that doffy guide...

Ngl the way you say perfume femure is kinda funny
please play reiju!!!
