Hlo bro plz provide me a product link so that i can connect this mic with my iphone because i have ordered this mic and i don’t know how to connect it to my iphone. Please help!🙏
Hey sorry this is unrelated but I need help on if you faced problems on Maono 401. Everytime I use the Zero Latency Monitoring jack of the microphone it plays the audio only on the left channel on my headphones (panned to the left). On the mic settings it does not have "1" Channel - 24 Bit - (Sampling Rate); Only 2 Channels. I am wondering if this is hardware problem but it seems not, maybe I'm missing something out.
Sorry to hear that! it sounds to me like it might just be a problem with the headphone jack on the mic or maybe a problem with the headphones. Have you tested the headphones on your computer to see if both sides work? If it works then I think the mic might have a defective headphone jack
Both sides work, headphones are fine. On the mic jack though when I plug in my headphone halfway in (just around first ring of the headphone jack) it plays on both cups. But when I play computer audio through the Mic too it doesn't work in stereo. Mic is overall fine in recording etc. except for the monitoring side. I guess this is my mics jack (wait is it called port?) problem, thanks for the response man, also your videos really helped me compare and decide what mic to get. Edit: I used another headphone with irreplacable wires and it works fine! It seems the mic just has a mono port that doesn't go well with the main headphone I used first that maybe because it isn't compatible with it (maybe of 6.35 mm and 3.5 mm compatability of the headphone idk)
I did a video where I compare the pm401 and the pm421 to each other in case you want to check that out th-cam.com/video/DhVfhRlZmY8/w-d-xo.html but for me, I think I would probably go with the pm421 because it has the gain knob, but if you think the 0 latency monitoring will be useful for you then I would recommend the pm401. I really like the pm401, but I like the convenience of having the gain knob on the pm421
This should be Tobias' response but for me I think 401, 421 and 422 are all the same in audio quality (Mic specs are same and close to each other S/N ratio etc.) Except for 401's frequency response. The main difference for the three are the physical features where 422 has them all.
@@manonamission4965 Thank you for the info, you are awesome! I was wondering the same thing since the 421 and 422 look identical besides the headphones jack
UNDERRATED
You deserve way more likes on this video
Thank you for this great review
Thanks so much I appreciate it!

Hey Tobias, thanks for sharing another great review! All the best, TruePreView
Thanks so much!
Did you apply noise reduction while you were speaking to it in the whole video?
Hey Tobias, any difference between PM420 and PM421?
Is it good for singing? I wanted to buy it for someone and tbh I dont know much about microphones🤣🤣🤣🤣
Can i connect it to my smartphone?
Which maono mic is best at noise cancelling? Which one has less noise floor?
Hey Tobias, can I ask what level you keep the gain at normally for this microphone
Is there a adapter so this can be used on Console?
Im not sure but i think you can plug it it normally
@@ImDyzy well that’s the thing it has a extra cord only for pc that’s why I was asking

Will this mic work on console such as PlayStation 4? Or does it need a headphone jack?
I don't have a ps4 so I've never personally tried it, but from what I understand, yes any usb mic should work on ps4
Can I connect this to laptop ❓
yes you can

With a lightning to USB adapter yes.
Is the PM422 the same as the PM421 minus the audio jack?
