@@everettkatab999 that’s awesome. This is the first time that I’ve seen it. I already have a guitar so I don’t need another. If I see one like this I will definitely try it out
I realize this is old and you won't be reading it. But for anyone who does, let me make a recommendation. Try the Special Edition FMT Telecaster with two Seymore Duncan humbuckers that coil split. It also has the channel bound fret board, comfort cut and beveled neck. Plus the flame maple top is round carved. Its basically a Les Paul in Telecaster form. I love it dearly.
I recommend filling and stabilizing the fingerboard with rosewood dust and superglue. 1-Clean off the spots with alcohol 2-Scrape up a bit of rosewood dust with a razor blade 3-Pack the repair area with the dust 4-Apply a conservative amount of superglue 5-Let it set 6-After it’s set, scrap level with the razor blade. There’s all kinds of videos on TH-cam showing this very simple process. The ease of repairs to rosewood fingerboards is a significant reason why I prefer it on guitars. Ebony is good for the same reason.

@@guitarocd9984 Someone goofed, that's for sure, and that's too nice a fretboard to scrap. I would have been very conflicted receiving it like that, but knowing it in advance I probably wouldn't care too much. I've always had a special love for stratocasters and telecasters that had binding on the necks. This right here is mind-blowingly beautiful.I know right away just by looking at it this would end up being my number one.
I recently bought a 2021 American Professional II in Sienna Sunburst..which I think is the most gorgeous finish when combined with the maple fretboard, chrome hardware and the off white 3 ply pickguard. It was the only one at the shop so I grabbed it, then when I got home I checked out the other finishes and was very happy with my purchase! Anyhow..the setup took me 2 weeks to get it so the string height is down to factory suggested minimums of 4/64 high e to 6/64 low e but it's perfect and no fret buzz. The micro tilt adjust is useless as the top of the neck has to come out, not the bottom. This is the most perfect setup I've ever gotten from any guitar..thank you Fender for not gluing the neck in!!
Always thought Antigua was too weird, but I love it on this tele. Reminds me of a latte or cappuccino. As another commenter said, that pick guard really helps tone it down. Having an Antigua pick guard is a bit much. Wish I could get one of these!
I emailed them about a month ago when I saw that the options I was saving up for were discontinued. Apparently the Mod Shop changes their options every 3 months. 10:55 the frets are fine. The nut needs backfiled more. Aka take more material out from the backside of the slot so the string has a clear ride to the tuner
Those imperfections on the rosewood fretboard and the shavings all over the inner route of the body are EXACTLY the kinds of things that when reviewers like you do Squier guitars, you just say "Well, it's a Squier. What do you expect?" If my $2K Fender had a fretboard like that, I'd return it. My Squiers don't have fretboards like that and the last Squier I opened, a Paranormal Telecaster, had perfect body routes sans the shavings. I don't get why people continue to waste money on MIA.
I dig this tele looks awesome and sounds KILLER I personally like the bridge pup (especially with distortion) I like that it eases off the glassy tones some teles have
That Tele has the sort of tone I would expect to hear from Billy Gibbons on a ZZ Top album. And I agree that this is one of the absolute best neck pickups I've heard on a Tele as well.

Thus it will be a rotating stock, what may be there now may not be soon but something else will.
