I didn't feel any resistance at all using this method. What I've found helpful, is putting my bent index finger knuckles on each side of my upper/mid-nose, and focusing on *lifting* those muscles, and I can feel the resistance. :)
Thats great but you need to really focus on the technique I showed in the video as you are not using all the muscles that are designed to be used. Just try to persevere until you get it right 😉

I just turned 67 and have no jowls, crows feet, eye bags, or marionette lines. I also make sure to eat plenty of protein, which, in addition to its other benefits, also helps build muscle. Thank you for inspiring me to try face yoga all those years ago. :)

I am sorry, I am only one person and now that the channel has over 300K subscribers, I am sure you understand that it is difficult to get to over 200 comments a week. Having said that, no the only thing I say is to eat protein, As for the skincare routine to follow I did mention in this video that have a beautiful, vegan, natural skincare line that supplements the exercises as you need to put back the oils and hydrate the skin again after exercising.
