I was wondering when someone was going to start creating videos on this game. I am a fan of the series and picked up a copy but have yet to get it to the table. Was hoping to see someone go through it first. I am glad you have decided to do this as I have very much enjoyed your other play throughs. Looking forward to the rest of this series.
Thanks Alan, this is a really nice refresher of the rules. Looking forward to seeing you having a go at the more manageable BCS Arracourt (when it comes soon).
This is the only scenario I've played so far, so I'll be interested to see how your replay may differ. My orignal thought was that the chances of the Germans reaching Budapest was slim, so I went for the secondary condition of taking the VP hexes. Then I found by turn 3 that attrition had really hammered the Red formations, and 3SS was able to break out and reach Budapest for the auto win on T4. I would certainly change the way I played the Soviets if I replayed the scenario.
I was very interested in this topic. I encourage you to do more on wargames. However, to be constructive, I found your description of the player displays to be rambling, disorganized and confusing. Try using an agenda or script to keep you on track. Not to read verbatim, but to remind you not to bounce around or add disorganized commentary that you plan to cover later. You want each of your talking points to follow a meaningful sequence and remain relevant in the transition from one to the next. Please keep it up!

Great intro, looking forward to seeing you play this. One of my favourite game systems. Thank you!
Fantastic system. Good to see what the latest games like. Thanks for the content.
Great video. Panzers Last Stand is one of my favorite games.
Thanks so much for these videos, helps a lot to wrap my mind around it! Appreciate it very much -

Trying to decide if I should get this in the sale or not…
If you are a fan of BCS, it has the Soviets in and they have some unique units and organisations.
thank you
