Chest gimbal is always nice to watch, (smooooov) but the side helm POV provided some nice perspective on this. It shows the steepness that the chestmount eradicates.

The helmet cam gives a better idea of the trail's steepness than the other cam, it's because of the stabilizer or is a different cam? Great video as usual anyway! XD

It's true, it's in an untracked spot and leaves you on the 4000 road but you can climb back up from the exit, ascent via Wonderland, and grab any of the descents from the summit. Last time I rode SW I climbed up to the snack shack and rode Happy Hour/Spirit Bear to Oly to 187 to Deja Vu to SST.
Hey Eric, the last few years the forest fires have gotten bad in late summer, Whistler is the same way! It's more humid here than CA, but not too bad!!!

Rode this on my drop bar commuter once. It was a different type of fun 😂 my headset definitely needed a tightening when I was done.

How does the compare to Invictus as far as steep and gnarly goes??
This has it's steep sections but they are not crazy gnarly, and they are definitely not as sustained as invictus is.

Not as steep as Invictus, and less "built up", more natural flow. It's also WAY shorter than Invictus!
Yeah both are fun, but Invictus is different, has more roots, more berms, and is much longer.
What is your chest mount camera? It has a strange way of being stable but turning with the trail.
Evan Lucanish pretty sure he’s using a chest mounted gimbal with a GoPro. A gimbal is an electronic camera stabilizer, if you didn’t know.
