      @@wannabethefittest 저도 자극 받아서 운동 열심히 하려는데. 도대체 저는 유리몸인지 운동 좀 해보려고 하면 몇주 깔짝하면 관절 돌아가거나 대상포진 걸리더라구요. 혹시 운동 그렇게 빡세게 하는데 안 다치시고 컨디션 유지하는 비결이 뭔가요?

      저도 초반엔 맨날 다치고 감기걸리고 그랬어요ㅋㅋ 점진적 과부하가 중요하죠 강도도 그렇고 무게도 그렇고
