    My eyes were totally fine till 6 weeks then i got filamentary keratitis and its been 4 months and still my eyes are too dry i use Lubricating drop in every 2 hrs

    My eyesight quickly regressed back to near my old prescription, I'm -1 and -0.5 now. Left with minor dry, surgery was in 2016 aged 25. I was told I had thick/ healthy corneas.
    I've tried contact lenses, but they make me sensitive to light outdoors if it's bright. They are generally just a bit uncomfortable too.
    So, PRK was a complete failure for me....

      If that's the case, contact your surgeon to see what solutions they can offer. Sometimes top-up procedures are required.

      I went with the Bates Method. It cost me $40 and I went from -2 to -0.50 in 1 year allowing me to stop using glasses. 1 person I know who got surgery took 6 months to fully recover from the surgery.
