I had hip pain in my forties and it seemed like a miracle when I started taking magnesium and within a couple of weeks all the pain was gone! I am now in my sixties and I still feel great with no joint pain. There are other things I do like a mainly plant based diet and excercise, but I still take magnesium.

What kind of magnesium did you take? I'm in my early 30s and even though I run about 4 times a week, I get knee pain

I would love to see your wardrobe video. I was always taught that magnesium is better absorbed with calcium and they need to be taken at night because they are best absorbed when in a restful state.

Nice to see Copenhagen again. When I visited I stayed at the Hilton on the water and the people were swimming outside the hotel. It was so nice to see. I love Copenhagen, so beautiful and so interesting. I walked around for hours exploring, not boats. Wish I had gone to Malmo Sweden for the day as a side trip. What a fun trip! Happy Birthday Pepe and congrats on completing your marathon! Was it weird being away without the kids? As a boater I can say you all looked good out there. There is an expression in boating and it is " Go slow and look like a pro. Go fast and look like an A$$". Slow is pro when it comes to boating!
