This reminds me of a saying from an old Tv show “Gilligan’s Island” that goes “never criticize anyone else unless you can do better yourself.” Part of the human condition to judge (assess the competition for strength or weaknesses) and voice that judgement on what you don’t like. I’m no angel and I have passed judgement and criticized more than praise but I am aware of this and try to keep most of negativity to myself or vent it in a journal or a friendly trusted ear. Unfortunately social media and the internet have made people feel free to voice their opinions with little fear of repercussions. I’ve heard time and time again of TH-camrs reaching a certain level of success start getting harsh negative comments. I know one TH-camr who had to turn her comments off for a while to get some relief. Sad but true. So for you trolls, if you can do better, do it yourself!
This video was extremely enlightening. I have been there and still going through some of it and I am 69 years old. I stay focused on my faith and spirituality and I get am getting stronger let them speculate and talk😊

In my more mature age, I have discovered that when meeting others, you are meeting fragments of yourself. Positive and negative comments come from the same energy. And energy is always in motion, changing, transforming as it reaches are energy field or as some may view it, our soul.

You are a beautiful soul, we all are and underneath this veil called personhood there is an infinite being in all of us, travelling in the body they are given and for the time that we are here our purpose is to be happy and share, joy and love and be as kind to fellow man as we can be. I wouldn't waste your time addressing negative comments its only an energetic negative field and those who give it out should be blessed and hope they find their happiness. If we fight negative comments and acknowledge them we fuel them. Be you and remain happy and bless all the negative comments, if you can be bothered to acknowledge them. Pure love is the highest most powerful energy field on this planet.
