Thanks for the video. Born and raised in Asia, tea has been part of my DNA/ culture since birth:). Just want to share with you how important to use a bamboo whisk and wooden spoon to make matcha and with water temp between 70-80C only.
The metals in stainless steel can oxidize matcha and can counteract the health and antioxidant properties of the tea. Enjoy!

In Sweden we save the tubers from the Dahlia's to plant again next year. Save them in a frostfree dark space coverd with sand/soil mix
I aspire to live your lifestyle, but am unable to at the moment. Instead, I’m learning all about growing my own food and canning/other ways of preserving. I have been gardening for 5 years and canning for 3, mostly because I wanted food that was shelf stable as much as possible. Living in the UK I am unable to get an electric pressure canner like you, hopefully they’ll bring one out soon 😊
I have been able to be self sufficient in peppers, potatoes, onions, tomato products, corn, jam, apple sauce, chutneys - just trying to add something new to the list each year so it’s not overwhelming!

Hi Eugenia, Congratulations on your new waterbath canner. I just want to say that despite what you are reading online according to some people or countries, you don’t have to be afraid for waterbath canned products. Just follow the rules and Make sure you heat everything through before consumption and you are good to go. My experience is that time tables given with the canner manual is not always correct so send me a mssg if you would like to have an updated time table tested by the (Dutch and Belgium) canning community.

Eugenia, I just wanted to ask why you wrapped the bread in brown paper instead of plastic wrap, to go into the freezer. I absolutely love your videos! I have learnt a great deal from them! Thankyou! 😊❤
I would guess it's for the same reason I do-- because the paper is compostable. And since she's making bread weekly, she doesn't need to protect the bread in the freezer long term. We use parchment paper, wax paper, or plain brown paper after cooling the bread completely, then freeze. I bake 4 loaves every two weeks for my family, and do exactly what she does ❤️

Tomato products are some of the best products for first time canners. They are so acidic, the risk is very low. ALso, if you can anything for more than 10 minutes, you don't even have to sanitize the jars beforehand. Beautiful job!

Hello! It's worth the price yes, we first got the big one and food tasted so good that we now only use that one and got a smaller version of it. I always cover the bottom with olive oil and slow cook whatever we are doing and never had an issue with food sticking :)
