INGREDIENTS
3 cups water
salt
1/2 cup diced purple yam (ube)
1/2 cup diced taro (gabi)
1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sliced jackfruit (langka)
1 cup diced sweet potato (kamote)
1 1/2 cups sliced saba bananas
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cooked tapioca pearls (sago)
