If you're hoping to see some sample images, this video has none. I recommend this video instead that has pictures shot on 35mm in the Mamiya MF. th-cam.com/video/Rh65C9bbxI0/w-d-xo.html
Glad to see you picked up the 50mm, this is my sole medium format camera and it's more than I can ask for. I use this for 35mm as well, adding a 12" leader on your film will get you 23/24 frames on a 36exp roll. Just mark it to match a 120 leader start arrow and your off and running. Also those two tabs on the top and bottom of the film mask need to be under the film rails, you should be able to hold it upside down and it won't fall out. You have to give it a little bow to get it in there.
Noticed the tabs popped out after the fact during editing. Whoops.Good tip on the extra leader though. Although I'll need to find different film sheets before doing it as I could only fit 21 on a current page, and I really don't like having one roll extend over a single page.
@@clickroach yeah, it's basically like 6x7, it needs to feel special with all its own film slaves and neg carriers. I've been bulk rolling 10 exp rolls because 24 frames takes me quite a while to shoot.
I recently bought the mamiya 6 MF but it doesn’t have the 220/135 label, only rhe 220. Hope thats normal and not an issue when it comes to using panoramic kit
The Czechoslovakia made Flexaret 6x6 also has an adapter kit for 35mm film since the 1958, but it's not panoramic. Still, in1958 that was pretty bad ass.
Hi I recently purchased a panoramic adapter set for the Mamiya 6 MF same as yours. My 35mm film mask is slightly bent, do you think that will affect the outcome or will it be flattened by the pressure plate at the back do you think? I'm going to run a couple rolls through with and without the mask to test either way.
@@SangnomShekey nah it was all good. I tried also without the mask and my favourite shot had a massive light leak through it but tbh I think that’s due to the lab which makes me sad because it was a really amazing shot I was in the mountains and a rescue team came right next to me and it was perfectly framed next to a small cross with jesus noting the death of someone.

@@kelvinclancy7609 :D My stint with 6x7 is exactly what caused me to develop that attitude.

How did they end up?

A cordless drill would have it rewound in a few seconds 😁👍
Zero example images ?_?

I had to go checking thinking maybe some where just listed that high. But not. A few have sold at the price. 😮
