- A Delhi court on Thursday acquitted all the 17 accused in the 2G spectrum case including former Telecom Minister A Raja and DMK leader M Kanimozhi. Special CBI Judge OP Saini stated that the Central Bureau of Investigation or CBI had failed miserably in proving the charges. The 2G scam was among the major corruption scandals that erupted during former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh's regime. (Audio in Hindi)

Why is Ravish Kumar Hammering "Ghotla kabhi hua hi nahi" and influencing the people. The Verdict simply says CBI was not able to bring froth the Proof. If a person is Murdered and the police is not able to get the proof, does it mean the Murder never Happened.- Need a Reply from Ravish Kumar

One must remember that it was Congress who had filed the charge-sheet. Then SC appointed a prosecutor for the trial court. Ravish Kumar failed to mention these facts. He also fails to mention that corruption took place when Raja advanced the cut-off date by one week to favour his pals who through bogus companies paid large sums to a tv channel.
Jayant Patel chargesheet badli bhi ja saki hai. Ye Sarkar chargesheet badal sakti thi. But nahi badali.
They filed chargesheet on the basis of allegations made upon him and it's govt duty to do so. It's important to clear all public grievances related to this matter.
After judgement why not all that people and govt came to re file the case with other so called documents they have. Where are all that pseudo statues of honesty

Very convenient. Are you saying that CAG was wrong? Or are you saying they deliberately did that? Why will they do it? Also, if spectrum was given at 2001 rate then isn't that suspicious? Public would have benefited with the money which never gained. It seems that someone saved Congress. And this is a very unsuspecting conspiracy which no one can think of. Just guess why Congress is saved.
Explaining for Laymen (general public)
for example in 2001 Govt plans to develop the area outside the city and decide to sale the land on fixed price ( which is 2001 market price + development charges decided by the team) on first come first serve basis (which is ok in 2001)
-In 2008 govt decided to go a head to above plan with same policy made on 2001 which is 2001 fixed price (7 years ago) and first come first serve basis, not considering current market price which gone up drastically
- In this some internal person/ bureaucrat leaked the date of submission and requirement to some person/company, who fulfill the requirement first and got the allotment which they re-sell immediately for huge profit without developing.
-Interesting to see that this internal person's companies got huge orders afterward (legally) .. good profit humm.
-these official followed the Govt policy as per terms and condition laid earlier (legally correct ).
*Now you decide is it scam or error/ mistake / misangement*

yeh Ravish ji ne sahi kaha. Kapil Sibbal defended the govt. as law minister but he was one of the ministers who severely ridiculed by both the news and social media. His defenses logical or not I cannot comment actually made the matters worse for the then UPA government.

It seems ravish kumar has little or very less knowledge about 2G case.
There is no criminality but A Raja tipped off many companies about spectrum allocation which is allocated on first come first service basis.
So some companies which were pretty much not eligible got the allocation.
Now no one is able to prove that.

Rubbish Kumar is on the Congress payroll, which in turn gets support from the ISI. The judge did not say that there was no fraud. His question is that the proof against the accused was not convincing. There are two reasons for this. 1) The CBI is totally under Congress control because the corrupt officials were selected by the Congress and bribed by them. So they did not put forth a good case. 2) In India judiciary is also for sale. So we do not know what happened with the judge.
