I love the bright and cheery colors and the card style. The large sentiments are fantastic too! Such a wonderful opportunity to send cards of encouragement to others. I think these type of unexpected cards can mean the most to the recipient and you are clearly an encourager Cassie!
a tip for alcohol markers on 'non friendly' paper... leave a small space near the edge of the image when coloring. this will allow the ink to have somewhere to spread if it wants to. if there is still white space after all the coloring is done, just go back and add a little more color. i often use 'non friendly' paper and this seems to work ok for me. great card! happy crafting!
These are so great Cassie!! I love the card design. Very clever. And I love your coloring. He he.... Those 1000 year old (you had me in stitches) paper packs, are "hot" again, I believe 😂😂😂
What fun and pretty cards! Great design element with the sentiment cutouts. And i probably do have that paper pad. Big fan of basic grey papers and ive been hoarding, i mean collecting for minimum 15 years😮sad but true. Sigh! Love that you're using yours up. I wonder if quality control confiscated your scoring tool🤔🐾🐾💕😝
I don't know that that's sad to have kept it so long. Honestly, when I pulled it out it brought back some memories of other cards I had made and it inspired me all over again. Think of it as waiting for just the right moment to use it ;) At least that's what I'm telling myself, hehe!

I couldn't agree more, Kitty. It always seems that when an encouraging card shows up that it shows up at just the right time ;)

Thank you so much, Joan!
Love these big word sentiments!! I hope there will be more.
They are definitely some of my favorite type of stamps. They are fun to color and I love how they cover the front of a card :)
❤

Haha, it definitely feels like it might have been 1000 years ago ;D
This card is so nice!! I'm inspired to try an "open front" card.
I hope you do, Ilana!
