Sim Settlements 2 has seriously changed the way I play Fallout 4. Jake's one of my favorite mod-added characters, and every time you guys make an update I immediately download it. It's truly a staple in my load order now, no matter what else I may install. The fact that you guys *keep* updating it, with more bugfixes and content, is just the cherry on top of an already amazing mod. #aftermath
SS2 really makes every settler feel more important in the Fallout journey. I'm so glad there are more things to come and looking forward to see more of the #AFTERMATH of the story.

Bug report: freeze dialog "hiccup" at Nightingale camp after returning from quest "sunken treasure. Bug has existed for about 3 updates ago. Exactly when I'm not sure when it started.

I spend too much time on Reddit, and almost daily, there's someone who is just about to embark on their first foray into Sim Settlements and is looking for tips. Somewhat unfortunately, this mod is so amazing and deep that it's tricky to provide simple tips! Thanks for all that you and the team do!
@MrRamaUtube sometimes it does crash to desktop when I am running around in HQ or if I am fast traveling to a settlement. To be fair, I settled every single settlement, including a model one, and built most of them up to lv3. So I'm really pushing these systems rather hard. Even then, it was stable 95% of the time.
#Aftermath Always good to have a nice little bug fix patch! I personally noticed Clara in Vault 81, thought it was odd! I posted a forum thread today detailing a few small ideas for CH3 things, would be curious to get your thoughts on them! And finally, I wanted to ask, is it possible you could tell us what exactly is possible with Wonder plots? A couple of us have expressed interest in trying our hand at designing some, but we're not sure what is possible! Would love to get some clarification as to what could be done! We asked recently in the Discord too!
While i don't have an account on the forums i do want to give a tip on a possible problem in the resurgence mission. Namely vertiberd controls not working. I found that trying to move the minigun before Lupe had the vertiberd level lead to you being unable to turn the vertiberd. If you do this lupe's dialog seems to stop at: "I've spotted the enemy vertiberd". And not continuing to: "we're to far away, I'll get us in closer" I've seen other people on the forum having problems with this. So i hope this comment helps someone.
I made peace with the fact I was never getting my old SS2 game back after the next gen patch destroyed hundreds of hours of settlement building and fried my modlist. About to dive back in.... Right after I finish Fallout London. #aftermath
Love Sim Settlements 2, however I've been having an issue of, whenever I've tested adding it to a save, I drop about 10 frames and get these stutters and eventual CTD. I've tried using X-Cell and the FaceGen patches to alleviate this, and nothing has helped; in fact, I've been having this issue since at least last September. I think there's just too much associated with the mod for my system to handle, but it seemed to be running all chapters + extended completely fine on an ancient save. But now, even on a completely new game, the problem persists. I'll figure it out someday and get back to finishing Chapter 2, but until then keep up the patches! I'll see if any of them help me in the meantime.
So I had sim settlements installed through the mod menu on the fallout main menu screen tried to update but it said operation failed. Then it like uninstalled the mod so I tried to download it from nexus but it’s saying archive is damaged unable to install.. anything I can do to fix this please?
I think the goofiest thing I've ever done was give Jake a Nailgun, in their inventory when I got access to it. Very chaotic. Also small edit, any chance for patches on console in the future? Loading into the GNN HQ takes 30 minutes to five hours. Running no other mods other then what's required. Lotta crashes... Or is it Console limitations of not being able to handle a few items?
There is still one bug, the synth grenades, those synths still being killed by Jake or any other SS2 NPC. All FO4 NPC's won't be atacked only if you drop them on top of a NPC. The NPC will atack the synth. Butt SS2 NPC's still kill my synth's.
May as well wait for a patch on the Xbox series S for sim settlements 2 that fixes being unable to access HQ main lobby being it takes forever to load and then crashes no matter what settings I turn off it still does but anyway great mod although I can’t quite experience what chapter 3 offers Since I might have to skip the quest line since if I can’t access HQ to do the main quest

I'm curious, did SS2 ever bring back the Salvage Beacons from SS1?
The file on Nexus is just marked as Chapter 3, no way to know it's the "all chapter pack" unless you open "files" where it is listed.

Wish i could fit all the ss2 plans on xbox with main files. Still can't believe that fo4 has less space for mods than skyrim
